New Features/Changes
As always, we will post changes as they happen on the SCP-RP Discord in #change-logs. This is the list of this month's changes.
VWAR
- Prevented forced character changes when another of your characters is:
- Kicked from a battalion.
- Promoted within a battalion.
- Granted licenses.
- Revoked licenses.
- Missions:

- Increased cooldown: 45mins -> 1hr 15mins
- Reality Bending:
- Bullet Freeze and Bullet Wall now block missiles and grenade launcher projectiles.
- Warfunds:
- Removed Kraber 50.Cal Asset.
- This is GOC's Anti-Tank Sniper Rifle.
- Removed Kraber 50.Cal Asset.
- Added new entitiy: war_faction_armoury which allows Server Leadership to set up numerous armouries with set items, stock levels and cooldown requirements, originally intended to replace the CPickups AA items, however functionality has been extended to allow Server Leadership to decide if they want to change all of the armouries around the server to use these ones.
- Updated vwar_scp_phone User Interface with numerous improvements
- Changed UI to use CNUI
- Added a dial pad that works to call phones if you find the number in RP
- Added dial tone to the dial pad immersion
- Phones now can no longer see any phone they do not have access to call, so no longer will Civilian Steve be able to see the fact O5 have a phone
- Added a "redacted" check for admins to set on phones, this will mean that if O5 call you for example you will see "Unknown caller"
- Updated Admin UI for phones and improved how it works to prevent staff from wanting to cry every time they wanted to set up a phone
- Added keybinds to some options and added a "hold" mode to the phone so it allows people to talk to others rather than putting the phone down (Now i can finally put the D-class on hold asking if my refrigerator is running for the 100th time)
- New Universal Interaction System:
- Almost all interactable entities feature contextualized interact prompt
- Clear and tactile feedback to user interaction options
- GMs can customize or hide the use prompt for GM Obectives
- New interaction radial menu for player E options
- New interaction radial menu for reality bending abilities
- New UI for phone menu
- New UI for chute menu
- New UI for emergency alarm button menu
- New UI for ERT deployment menu
- New UI for dispenser menu
VGuns
- The following SWEPs now have a 0% Chance to drop on death.

- Reduced explosion radius from 200 hu to 145 hu
- The spread of all shotguns have been edited to be identical when firing from ADS and from Hipfire.
- Realistically, it doesnt make sense for the pellets from a shotgun shell to suddenly follow a tighter spread pattern when you aim in.
- Let us know how you feel about it, this is an experiment and we'll be keeping an eye on how shotguns feel to use.
- Added the ability for guns to be balanced with seperate damage values in order to aid with balancing for PvP and also PvSCP
- Karma-90:
- Damage: 16 -> 23 per bullet
- (Added) SCP damage: 33 per bullet
- Mag Size: 50 -> 60
- Recoil: 10 -> 9
- ADS Recoil: 7 -> 5.5
- Firerate: 750 -> 700
- Improved Hitreg against LVS Vehicles for rockets fired by the Matador, AT4, and M202
- M202:
- Decreased Reload Speed by 75% (It will take 4 times as long to reload)
Scoreboard
- Obfuscated SCPs in the scoreboard menu to show as "SCP-???" to all jobs on the server besides that of Research Jobs, Site Administration, FCOM

- Re-enabled cuffing of SCP-008-2, SCP-049-2, and SCP-427-2 instances

- Muted Player Name Change notifications for non-staff.

- O5-1 / ECC:
- Added scramble vjobs flag to ECC and O5-1 job (this means the jobs have built in scrambles)
VCraft
- Removed Saint's Serum
VComputers
- Documents now store the creator's nickname at upload time, so it remains visible even if the player has left
- Added "Copy Author ID" and "Copy Original ID" buttons in the document viewer footer, which copy the respective Steam IDs to your clipboard
- Slightly increased document menu size to accommodate footer space
- Folders can now have a password set, which players must enter to access/upload to the folder
- XP earned for submitting and approving documents is now configured per-folder instead of being hardcoded per-document type
CNUI
- Overhauled the Notification Module to use CNUI
- Updated the types of all the VWar Player Notifications
- They should be more appropriate for their use case, as well as more consistent globally for the information being conveyed to the player.
- HUD Notifications appear above ammo display section
- Duplicate HUD Notifications will collapse into one with "x2" "x3" etc to display amount of identical notifications
Bugfixes
SCP-RP- Fixed single line notification popups having misaligned vertical text position
- Fixed bug where SCP-079 could glitch out of his CC
- Fixed bug where SCPs could get XP from fighting SCPs
- Fixed bug with faction armouries not removing ammo from the ammo pool
- Fixed an issue where "Turret Aim Stabilization" would also apply to the driver of a vehicle, causing really annoying camera movements while driving.
- Fixed Flare Guns and Guitars not equipping.
- There was an invalid table reference that it was trying to compare the type of the perma against. Completely broke the SQL Callback.
- Not sure how this took so long to discover but it is what it is
- Fixed an issue causing missiles to collide with objects they shouldn't.
- This resolves problems such as being unable to fire rockets into or out of the CI Garage.
- Fixed a few bugs with SCPs that place multiple players on the same job (e.g 008-2, 049-2, 427-2)
- Fixed a bug that caused multi-instance SCPs to become immune to damage if the first player in the SCP's player table was cuffed
- Fixed a bug that caused multi-instance SCPs' health bars to show the health of the first player in the SCP's player table
- Fixed Unbreachable SCPs moving into the Imminent Breach State after their Containment Box is hacked.
- Fixed a bug where it would randomly unlock your mouse cursor and had to be fixed with record 1; stop
Documents
- Fixed multiple issues with document rendering/writing
- Fixed text "ghosting" where wrapped text caused characters and formatting to drift or disappear over time
- Fixed caret position jumping around unexpectedly when typing, the caret tracking logic has been rewritten to properly map between the wrapped display text and the underlying raw content
- Fixed elements rendering past the bottom of the document and bleeding into the footer
- Fixed images sometimes causing the document to stop rendering entirely
- Fixed the first newline in an element being consumed/ignored when rendering
- Fixed document size in the edit menu not matching the actual page aspect ratio, which caused text and field sizes to be slightly off
- Fixed document approval incorrectly allowing approvers to approve documents in filesystems that don't match their team
- Fixed multibyte Unicode characters (such as £, █) not being parsed properly
- Fixed document approval message not properly filtering by faction
- Fixed image backgrounds losing transparency on documents
- Fixed signing a physical copy of a printed document from a computer also signing the original file in the computer
Rule Changes
3.07(c) Revive Kidnapping
- Old:
- Revive kidnapping defined as the use of a defibrillator to revive a player after death with the intent of that person being kidnapped is prohibited unless done in conjunction with a gamemaster conducting an event.
- New:
- Revive kidnapping — defined as the revival of a player after death through any means with the intent of that person being kidnapped — is prohibited unless done in conjunction with a gamemaster conducting an event.
