Thank you for your continued support! With May comes several changes to the Combat Suits and War System, new additions to our UI, countless optimizations, and much more!

VWAR
  • Vehicle Deployments:
    • Vehicles that are purchased via warfunds are now locked by default when they are deployed.
  • Prevented players from receiving salary while AFK.
  • Prevented illness from applying when no character is selected.

      • Increased Vehicle Kill War Score from 5.0 to 25.0
      • Reduced Player Kill War Score from 1.0 to 0.5
    • Vehicles:
      • Only the following Vehicles will contribute War Score on kill

  • Added back the Technician Quest giver.
  • Credit System:
    • Allowed both Deep Covers and GOC Assessment Teams To be able to credit Medical / GSD / And D-Class.
    • Allowed Both Deep Covers and GOC Assessment Teams to be credited by crediting jobs.
  • Wiped SCIPNET (excl. Global Operations) (UK)
  • Wiped all arrest records due to info reset on UK
  • FPS Optimizations to projectors
  • FPS Optimizations to vacuum cleaners
  • FPS Optimizations to pneumatic chutes
  • Anomalous Personnel:
    • Added framework for anomalous personnel and 6 requested unique traits / abilities.
    • This system is currently used for CL5 Site Command to add some unique traits to each member
  • ERT No longer drop weapons on death
  • Updated Auger minigun model position when holstered

VGuns Apex
  • M600 Spitfire:
    • Tweaked accuracy to reduce effectiveness at extreme ranges
    • Reduced Damage slightly
    • Minor adjustments to spread to bring them in line with other strong surface weapons
    • Magazine size from 160 > 80 - This is because of the spitfires exceptionally quick reload which cannot be increased because of the animation
  • Rampage:
    • Tweaked accuracy to reduce effectiveness at extreme ranges
    • Reduced Damage
    • Minor adjustments to spread to bring them in line with other strong surface weapons
    • Magazine size from 120>65 - Similar issue to the spitfire where its reload was far too quick for its ammo capacity
  • Hemlok:
    • Tweaked accuracy to reduce effectiveness at range
    • Reduced Damage
    • Minor adjustments to spread to bring them in line with other strong surface weapons
  • CAR:
    • Tweaked accuracy to reduce effectiveness at extreme ranges
    • Minor adjustments to spread to bring them in line with other strong surface weapons
  • R-301:
    • Tweaked accuracy to reduce effectiveness at extreme ranges
    • Minor adjustments to spread to bring them in line with other strong surface weapons

VGuns
  • Weapon Flashlight price from 10k to 5k

Quests
  • Reduced the max clearance card it can request from 5 to 4
  • Reduced max document clearance it can request from 5 to 4
  • D-Block assassination quests now grant a CS:GO bayonet without auto-equipping it.

SCPs
  • SCP-096 can now jump
  • Updated SCP-073 description.
  • Increased SCP-076 door damage from 1 → 2.
  • SCP-008:
    • Syringes require a minimum of 60 non-AFK foundation players online to respawn.
  • Server performance optimizations to some SCP thinking (457 finding sprinkler particles for no reason every tick)

Sit Anywhere
  • Third-person camera distance can now be adjusted with the scroll wheel, as the old behavior worked
  • Exiting seats now returns you to where you were when you sat down, instead of an arbitrary position nearby
  • Added a system allowing staff ranked Admin+ to configure specific sit positions on props (chairs, benches, etc.) that players will snap to when sitting on those props

VF4
  • Removed Settings and Servers tabs.

Escape Menu
  • Added new Settingstab:
    • Includes server settings, bind settings, and game settings.

CNReports
  • Ticket messages now use the CNUI RichText element, meaning you can now insert links and select text.

VJobEditor
  • Updated Foundation Thaumatologist's Reality Bending Swep
    • Removed the following:
      • Ignite
      • Escape Card
      • Reflection
      • Materialize
    • Added the following:
      • Speed boost
      • Health injection
      • Bullet wall
  • UNGOC - R&D:
    • Replaced: Alternator -> R-99
  • Both Type Green's now spawn with the gestures swep
  • Added metal-cuffs to CI Basic Equipment Package as per content revote

D-Block
  • Added a D-Class NPC to help introduce new-players to the server, and provide basic information.

LVS
  • Reduced Armor Penetration of the Main Cannon Coaxial Machine Gun of all tanks by 33%
  • Reduced Armor Penetration of the Tank Commander Machine Gun Turret of all tanks by 45%
  • Reduced Ammo for the Tank Commander Machine Gun Turret of all tanks from 5000 to 1500
  • Optimized physics calculations to improve overall performance.
  • Vehicle physics should now sleep while idle.
  • Seat entities are now only created while occupied.
  • Replaced emitter entities with a custom sound system to reduce entity count.
  • More significant optimizations for LVS vehicles, will improve FPS anywhere on the map and fix vehicles causing the server tps to drop to 2
  • Server performance optimizations to LVS vehicle physics and thinking
  • Schützenpanzer Marder 1:
    • Reduced Main Cannon Damage by 33%
    • Removed Main Cannon Splash Damage

VDecals
  • Optimize VDecal rendering
  • VDecals have no render distance limit, it is actually slower to update the decals and hide them based on distance every frame than just let the engine handle the decal entity visibility its self

VInbox
  • Introduced a new inbox system designed to allow players to receive important messages while offline.
  • Currently, players will receive notifications for
    • Issued warnings
    • Issued restrictions
    • Regimental promotions/demotions
    • Regimental transfers and kicks
  • Your inbox can be accessed through the characters menu, escape menu, and /inbox.

VKeycard
  • Security Officers now have override on the Security Sector Armory

VAchievements
  • SCP breach achievements no longer send messages in chat

CNUI
  • Added support for animated avatars


Equipment Menu
  • Added the option to remove SCP-714 through the equipment menu


Bugfixes

SCP-RP Jobs
  • Fixed DEA Agent, Operative and Senior Agent not having assigned headbox multipliers
  • Fixed Combat Medic not having assigned headbox multiplier
VGuns
  • Changed reload logic to be predicted, which should fix occurrences of a bug that caused weapon reload animations to randomly play
Forums
  • Fixed spoilers not working as intended
VWar CombatSuits
  • Fixed the suits not exploding on death by adding a fallback ragdoll. If there are still issues let me know.
LVS
  • Fixed Blast Damage on Vehicles doing massive damage to Tracked Vehicles and Vehicles with lots of wheels
    • Basically, Damage Dealt to Wheels of LVS Vehicles gets forwarded to the parent vehicle as well as being dealt to the wheels. This means shooting a vehicles wheel will damage the wheel and the main body of the vehicle.

  • HOWEVER, it does not account for blast damage. If a grenade blows up underneath a LAV-25, every single one of its 8 wheels will forward the damage to the main body, and it will take 9 instances of the same explosive damage.
    • I have made it so Explosive Damage does not get forwarded from wheels to the main vehicle, fixing this bug.
VCraft
  • Fixed Saints Serum disappearing from inventories
Pac3
  • Fix for PAC multi bonemerged designs from causing player extras (holstered weapons, bodycam, weapon switch model, etc...) to be rendered multiple times
  • Fix PAC designs with bonemerged playermodels from becoming broken when holstered weapons are visible
VAchievements
  • Fixed the "Tutor" and "Professor" achievements not being granted despite lecture attendee requirements being met


Rule Changes

Edited 1.13 Realistic Equipment Use
  • From: UNGOC/Nu-7/DEA/CI may use Advanced Armory on Surface SCPs if 20 minutes (+/- 3) have elapsed since the surface queue trigger.
  • To: UNGOC/Nu-7/DEA/CI may use Advanced Armory on Surface SCPs if [B]17[/B] minutes have elapsed since the surface queue trigger

Updated 1.13 Realistic Equipment Use to remove all mentions of Yellow Suits due to the Suit rules agreed upon by SSL, There are still rules around them enforceable by staff that has been pinned in GOC Announcements.

Updated 3.05(b) Surface Jobs While Trespassing
  • From: Surface trespassers after death have an NLR period in the entire Facility of 15 minutes.
  • To: Surface trespassers after leaving facility (through death, being dragged out, etc.) have a cooldown of 15 minutes before they may trespass again.
