Why did you resign: About 2 months before resigning, I was promoted at my job at the time. This slowly lead to me needing to work more and more, until at one point I was working 6 days / 70 - 80 hours a week. I kept trying my hardest to keep up with my requirements as well as SL duties but unfortunately it was just too much stress for me to focus both my job, as well as staff.
Why should you return: I was very upset that I had to resign back then. It took a lot of effort me to make my return to the staff team, and I had planned to stay for as long as possible, even having intentions of reaction Super Admin. Way back when I was Senior Admin setting up the USA server, It was some of the best times I've experienced on Gmod (saying a lot for how many hours I have). Recently, a lot of my buddies (old US SL) have returned to playing the server and I've been having a lot of fun the past few weeks.
I now work at a new job that has a very flexible schedule. I'm no longer working 15h shifts any more and actually find my self with too much free time. Although it is slow season in my area, during spring and summer I will still without a doubt have enough time to put into the server to make sure I can maintain my staff requirements without any added stress. I can definitely see myself going for Senior or even Super admin (maybe even further) in the future if I am allowed to return to the staff team once again.
