Prior to this, have you ever been demoted or resigned: I did Resign before that due to irl workload getting heavier and a burnout.
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: No.
Why did you resign: From what I remember, I tried to return twice. The first attempt didn’t work out because my ISP failed to resolve my internet issues, leaving me without a connection for over two months. I kept SSL/NL updated about the situation but eventually i decided to resign and try again once things were sorted.
The second time I returned, I was overwhelmed with both work and studies. I realized I couldn’t really balance being a staff member in CN while handling personal responsibilities, so I chose the safe option to step down. mostly because of the new job i had to get because like i said, personal reasons.
Why should you return: I’ve rejoined the community recently and being back just brings back a lot of good memories and reminds me why I enjoyed the server in the first place.
Things in my personal life have calmed down, and I finally feel like I’m in a place where I can commit again. I’d like the chance to return and help out however I can. I feel that i will be a good addition to the team taking my experience and dedication and my ability to help, and I’ve handled escalating very tempered sits for myself and others, managed various situations, and helped shape new members into solid staff members within the community. and also my expertiese in Sheets (Resources team mentor loggger and the previous Interview question generator) and to be frank i will probably still end up in Resources as someone who is already a teacher in real life who is passionate and into passing my knowledge either it was in Roleplay or in staffing.
