Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 1x FailRP - The ability for emergency ECT to be performed was debated amongst staff but no final verdict had been made as far as we knew (I believe it was later ruled FailRP by SSL AFTER the incident), I advised it occurred in a situation and the medic performed it.
Why did you resign: Mostly due to a burnout within staff due to some on-going issues within the team at the time and the fact I was in a bad headspace for the last 2-3 months of staff tenure which in turn resulted in me being unable to appropriately deal with the 'different than normal' way the above situation was handled by the SSL member at the time which cannot be discussed publicly.
Why should you return: During my time as staff I was consistently one of the most active staff members not only in terms of sits taken but also with responses on the forums. I'm in a position now where I would be able to dedicate a similar amount of effort, but am able to now recognise the signs of burn out in order to ensure it doesn't occur. On top of this, since my resignation, staff members of most ranks have continued to ask me for assistance here and there in situations where they require help but cannot get anyone of a higher rank... Being back in staff would allow me to better help and guide not just the staff members but players alike. With the change-over in the staff team in recent months there have been visible improvements that can be seen by the player base itself and I feel like it is a good time to return.
Due to the recent changes of the system and policies/rules I would be happy to go through those with someone and I am a fast learner so it will not take long to get used to!
