What will you do to stop this from happening again: I Have no clue what i did i got banned when i was offline. It was at 2 am it says i got banned. i got off at 11 pm

Why should you be unbanned: because I Don't believe I did anything wrong. If I did it is my fault but I would like to know what happened
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: i will be sure to be more careful in iffy situations
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Its the best server on gmod with a lot of good people who i call my friends. its one of the only ways i have fun and laugh and spend my time

Hello there, if I remember correctly at the current time there was a sit made regarding of an offline raid on GOC fridge, after checking through log we discover that you have taken multiple beaker from the GOC fridge, I come to the conclusion of the FailRP Sanction due to the fact that as an MC&D, a merchant should not be taken offensive action such as raiding.

All due respect but the description of the MC&D job says you can raid . It says as long as your in the shadows and you don't kill anyone. I followed the rules however I wasn't briefed on the fact that you cant raid offline. if that is the fact then I do believe that this was not a mistake thank you for your responce.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

MC&D are meant to act as salesmen because that's what they are. The exception to this is if you're trying to steal a SCP to sell. There are also raiding limitations as defined here:

3.5 Raiding Requirements - There must be 4 MTF/CI/UNGOC combat personnel to raid or infiltrate (Including Deep Cover) either bases. Exceptions are made if a member of your faction is kidnapped, in which case you can skip the raid cooldown to retrieve those kidnapped; this will count as a normal raid; you may not purposely abuse this to bypass raid functionality; after a raid fails, you may only negotiate.

Key part being the 4 members of the faction need to be online. We also have a rule clarification that prohibits MC&D from conducting raids:

2.05 Civilian Raiding - As it is known, CGITV, Rangers, and MC&D are the only jobs that may enter the Foundation. However, none of these jobs are permitted to 'raid', or enter the Foundation to cause destruction and kill Foundation staff. In order to justify these individuals entering the Foundation, they must have articulable knowledge of the site and a realistic reason to want to enter. None of these jobs are permitted to assist other groups with raids or enter the Foundation to kill.

While the wording says Foundation, this does apply to the other factions as well.
