Why should you be unbanned: look i had some family over and my cousin played on my pc, i was asleep in my bed when he broke the rule. it wasnt even me and i just want to play on the server because i enjoy it.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: i really like playing on the server and it wasnt my fault that i got banned because my cousin played on it. i just want to clear this up. i also apolgise for grammar mistakes. english isnt my first language. anyway whoever is reading this. i hope you have a nice day

The reason I banned you was that you were being arrested, then left the server shortly after (as per the punishment guidelines). As for your reasoning being your cousin played whilst you were sleeping, I can't give a comment on.

Thanks for taking the time to make an appeal.

After reviewing both sides of this it seems that you did receive a valid ban for LTARP. In regards to someone else being on your account on whilst the rule break occurred. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account is secure and is not being used by someone else who has more malicious intent. With this being said it is understandable that you had no control over the rule break but unfortunately the ban made was valid. Please ensure that in the future you either restrict access when a relative plays on your account or be present whilst they are on it.

Based on the above, no action will be taken and the ban.

You may reapply in 1 week.
