SCP-RP Check System (Money)

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
If a check gets destroyed / despawns, the person who sent the check gets their money back.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Nothing I could find.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Prevents the losing of money when the other person didnt even recieve the money, the money just goes into the void so.
Less staff time if someone loses their money this way, less complaints.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
I really can't find any, maybe a little dev time?

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think this suggestion should be accepted because it is kind of a straight forward no brainer, it's like real life, if you dont cash the check, the money doesnt leave the persons bank account that it was sent from. It just doesn't really make sense the way it is right now.

Possibly, instead of the money returning if the check gets destroyed, make it so the money only leaves the player's account if the target picks up the check?

I thought this was how it worked in the first place You're telling me I've been throwing money away? I've probably tossed about 50k's worth into the void for kicks

Its used mostly in "promise" like if you win you get to cash the check, but if you do /check (user) (ammount) it drops the money from your account into a little thing of paper and if it gets destroyed you dont get the money back, which is a pain.
