Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why:

Majority of the warnings that i got in 2022, were because i didn't fully grasp the fact this was a roleplay server and i made stupid mistakes when it came to breaking rules.

2024 - fearRP i simply thought that what i have done wasn't against the rules and i apologised as well.

Who demoted you: lewk_

Why were you demoted: I believe that this is borderline sensitive situation and i do believe i will need to talk to SL/SSL+ regarding this.

Why should you return: I don't believe that the Sr Admin handling this issue has handled it properly, nor what i said was exactly heard...
as well as other reasons that i would prefer to share in private with SL/SSL+

Just to set this on the right note. First I appreciate the support however it you are referring to 'blacklist' as a server blacklist I am not blacklisted, however staff blacklisted yes it does appear to be the case.

Also I have not ever gotten any infractions or anything like that. I wasn't exactly model staff but I wasn't problematic either.

Hopefully this clears up some things.

This is based on the matter that led to your removal being severe, and the short length of time since that incident, in that we do not believe it has been sufficient enough time to reflect; this is further compounded by your initial reaction to the incident, as well as your reaction to it here. There is no "Your side of the story"; you made inappropriate comments and were punished for it.

In future, I recommend not making said comments.
