-no https://www.civilgamers.com/community/threads/staff-application-by-jeff.3021/ and my denial was pretty much my own fault, I am applying again because I've improved quite a lot.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
-I have been banned for mass RDM quite some time ago because of lack of good communication between members and myself, I also have been warned for fail RP twice and combat jumping once. only two warnings are recent in which I made a poor split second decission and everything else was quite some time ago.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
-yes I do. I have been staff in a city RP server. I have been staff there for few months. Since then I've moved on because I needed some time with my family.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
-Yes, I play quite a lot of RP. I enjoy serious RP quite a bit, its been ton of fun.
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
- My schedule varies, some weeks I can work 26 hours, other weeks I can do 44 hours. My weeks are on rotating schedule. My average would be around 5 hours a day, minimum would be around 2 hours.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
-Due to my many years of experience working on servers, I found a deep Passion For the job. This has emboldened me to expand my horizons and hopefully acquire the job that you are presenting. I know if I became a moderator for this server that I could improve it and make it an overall better experience for not only others but for myself as well.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server?
-I think my relaxed and caring nature would overall help the server. I think I could help increase communication as well as maintaining the rules without causing a divide between staff and Player. Improving the overall experience!
Why are you special over the other applicants?:
-I am special over other candidates because I have experience, Passion and dedication for what I do. I think if you were to pass on me you would deeply regret it as I can greatly increase the number of happy players on your server.
