Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Not Since June-July of Last Year, although I did receive one Kick by Skyfire when I was a SGM but that was to remove Props that I had placed down. I had told the Event Team and Gamemasters involved with the event I was conducting that I would need to leave for an Emergency, so I left my computer running to Anchor the Props and PAC3 Scene.
It was not a Punishment of anything just trying to remove the props, so we are all good I believe.
Why did you resign: Unable to maintain a Stable Schedule, I Felt Unfit for Position, and Ultra Burn out.
When I was conducting Game Master Activities, I had thought that things were happening behind the scenes and people were trying to cover it up. this as it turns out was me literally losing my mind on a GMOD server which caused me to leave due to how unhealthy it was becoming for my Mental Health.
To dive deeper into Stable Schedule, the reason behind this was me having a task that required me to have a large time gap between some of the times I could even begin to think about event planning.
Why should you return:
- Well, to start off its Summer which means everyone is a lot more active. I can have more freedom with activity with a lot more flexibility on when Events would be run.
- I have a couple Ideas on what I could do differently as a GM this time around and I will be setting that into motion to perhaps create it enjoyable for me as the Gamemaster Aswell even more quality events.
- I feel a lot clearer minded and I have been reminded by an old friend, this is just a game, and I just try to have fun.
- Working Closely with Game Masters and aiding them when needed
- There was a Blacklist Attached to this Resignation due to not giving an Exact date on when I would be leaving, but i did show intend to attempt to give some form of notice. This Blacklist has expired though so I believe that also is good.
