Why did you resign: Unable to maintain a Stable Schedule, Felt Unfit for Position, and Ultra Burn out.
I do not like mentioning these types of things more open to the public but I mine as well.
To dive deeper into Stable Schedule, the reason behind this was me having a task that required me to have a large time gap between some of the times I could even begin to think about event planning.
Why did you get Blacklisted:
I was blacklisted due to lack of communication with the Event Team Supervisors when I was becoming aware of the situation.
I thought that I had given the current Event Team Lead about me leaving soon but it appears that I had not given enough information for it to count.
Why should you be Unblacklisted:
As stated previously, I had been blacklisted for a lack of communication, but I had at least attempted to contact ET Lead 3 days+ beforehand.
I see that this did not cut it as I did not state an exact date/time I would be going away and I hope that Event Team can understand that I was having major troubles during that time frame and my communication and state of mind was not in the right spot and I and sorry for that.
Why should you return: Because the Hot Summer Season is rolling around and I have a much freer organized schedule that is not throwing me across states. I left on good terms with my supervisors, community, and fellow Game Masters and many have tried to push for me to make an appeal, but I have been struggling to attempt to make one due to anxiety and many other factors.
I have had a MAJOR Refresher, and I'm pumped to begin creating my events again.
