Why were you blacklisted from Staff: resigned without following the notice period and failed to do requirements beforehand
Why should you return: I think I should return for a few reasons. But first, I thought I should mention what I received punishment-wise first. I got an infraction for putting someone in god mode during a sit, which led them to go around killing people, an infraction for just flat out refusing to take sits and an infraction for banning someone for too long. With the god mode situation, I was taking an RDM sit and was worried that the player would end up killing in the sit room, but Snake discussed with me afterwards, explaining what I did wrong and what to do so I can improve. With the infraction for not taking sits that was because I was tired that day and just did not want to take sits, as I could not be bothered. And with the ban, I banned someone for 1 week for Severe toxicity after they called me certain things (Can't remember); however, I was told what I should have done, and it should have been just a toxicity warning. All of these situations do not make me look like a good staff member, but I can say I always made sure to be fair with punishments and also explained everything very well (besides the Tox ban). Now for the main part, by resigning without notice and failing to hit the reqs. I was just so tired of the staff and could not be bothered to do anything; in fact, it ruined my motivation to play the server at all. That is why I resigned without notice and for failing to hit reqs, that is just goes with what I said above. I mentioned to multiple staff members that I was going to wait for this new ticket system, but I had had enough of waiting, as I could not keep up with being staff and in SA. With my luck, when I resigned, the update came out. I know that if I were to get this blacklist removed sooner, so I could make a resignation appeal, I could be a really good asset with the staff team now that staff do not feel like a job. I know I will be able to handle the new staff system.
