Are you appealing a Staff resignation or blacklist: Resignation

Date of resignation: 11/7/2024

Prior to this, have you ever been demoted or resigned: I resigned with out notice, and i had a Severe infraction, mishandling of a sit .

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: No

Why did you resign: I got a new job and dealing with mental health issues, so i stepted down.

Why should you return: First I Currently have no job so ill be able to put alot of time on the server. Second besids the severe infraction i was a good staff member and if i am returned to the staff team ill keep doing a good job. Finally I have learned alot from the staff team and i wish to help it out and grow as a whole.

I can't really comment on what you were like as staff, because you were USA so I didn't see you too much, but isn't your name literally a naming con?

Hello Tim Hardy,

This is my personal opinion based on actions in which I saw and heard during your last time as staff which makes me believe in my opinion which I'll address at the end.

During your time as staff when I was around I large amount of negativity towards the players on the opposing side (This being the person you would be pulling into the sit) which showed personally to me that you were not a staff member of which would hear out both sides of the situations you'd be given daily as staff.

One of the main things brought to me during your time as well I believe was in relation to your infraction in which you in the middle of a sit RDM'd a player for no reason which shows me you may have little to no self control for situations you are in control of and seeing you in a higher position would concern me if you were to not be held accountable for your actions during sits.

Lastly your activity since you have posted this I have seen you a max of three times on the server in which you have no done much within RP or done much activity whilst on the server, I do not believe you'd hold a position on the server or "Keep active" enough to keep up with requirements or show activity as a staff member on the server if you were to return.

In total I do not believe in my opinion that you'd be a good fit for staff and shall be give you a,
