Why should you return: I always strive to give back to somewhere in which I spend a significant amount of time. Since returning last year, this server has been a great home, and it's been fantastic to meet old and new faces alike. (I'm aware I was Super on MRP. After speaking with SL, if this is even possible, I've decided to put this request in to look to start giving back to the community within SCP)
In the time since I've left the community and now returned, I've taken strides to develop myself into handling complex and difficult situations, along with learning how to unpick and deliver difficult conversations, skills which are immensely required as a staff member. In the time rejoining this community, I've taken a step back, worked my way up the ladder, and have a full grasp of the playerbase and the difficulties facing each rung in the ladder.
Overall, I have a considerable amount of experience within this community as staff and as role-play leaders, and believe I would be able to bring this knowledge and experience to assist the more junior staff within the team, but also bring this knowledge to some of the more crucial pinch points which typically arise throughout the community.
I hope you'll allow me to give back to the community once more.
