Are you appealing a Staff resignation, demotion or blacklist: Blacklist

Date of blacklist: 07/10/25

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have no active warns or bans apart from this current blacklist

Who blacklisted you from Staff: Dennied

Why were you blacklisted from Staff: Apparent FailRP x2 - Suiciding without reason , Mixing, Abuse of staff powers, Prop abuse allowing other players to get out of the map.

Why should you return: I didn't suicide without reason the clips had no context GOC LT Dunce watched me drink bleach, that's it. I never abused staff powers once, someone climbed out of the GOC base using the bunk beds which are a known out of map glitch and because I was there I'm guilty? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. The apparent mixing was because a GOC SGT killed me when I had his LT as a hostage by technicality telling him to uncuff my friend I was then killed so if anything the RP was already broken. It makes little difference but all of this happened when there was enough active players to count with one hand, severe low pop. I've seen people throw RP completely out the window at low pop but when I RP as an annoying recruit I get blacklisted from staff AND the server, what sense is there here? If anything the GOC should blame their NCO's for placing door charges on the recruit room door letting recruits run free. In my opinion this deserves a GOC blacklist at max, not a staff and server blacklist. Keep in mind there was no notice, consultation or explanation requested. Just random blacklist, my mentor and many server friends were stunned. It also took multiple days for evidence to be handed back to me so I sat for 2 days confused as to what I was even deemed guilty for. I have no feelings for annoyance towards Dennid nor the person who reported me I just wish for this to be appealed.
