Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? yes but dont know the reasons
Why should you be unbanned: As i already said in my COMPLAINT AGAINST CAEDEN - we have had a situation - Caeden dragged it out unnecessarily and i have had to go to work and also havent had fun anymore so i told more times that i must go and want to disconnect because i must go and i also have no fun anymore with rp resistent players
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: i have had to go offline!
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: i want to play??

In this situation I was playing as Chief of Security when I heard over the communications on two different comms from 2 people saying "Type blue in D-Block" and "Help at 914" around 1 minute later, I assumed that the TB had made his way to 914 and ran to 914, when I arrived I saw 2 Captains, a researcher and a tech expert inside, so I called for assistance, just to be told over comms by my captain it was friendlies inside, they were arresting you. I came inside to resolve the situation and started by destroying the picture, then moved on to understand the situation, while I was asking my Captains and the researcher what had happened you started talking over everyone including myself, so I gagged you using the elastic cuffs already on you.

You began to spam in chat "/me PTS" and so I ungagged you just to see what you wanted and you began to shout again, so I re-gagged you just for you to start spamming again. I told you in LOOC that if you continued to spam I would mute your text chat. To this you called a staff sit which @Rook answered.

You began saying to rook that you wanted to leave the server and that if we didn't let you you would "leave anyway". Myself and rook explained that you had put yourself into a roleplay situation and that you should either try and get out of it or just not go into RP situations if you know you should leave soon. You then left the server, resulting in a ban to be given by Rook for LTARP.

I will also add that you said that I had "dragged it out unnecessarily" I don't understand how you think this as I joined in the middle of the situation, you were shouting and acting quite aggressively and were not helping to resolve the situation, I merely had joined the situation mid-way through and tried to understand the situation in the middle of I believe a code 5 and Type Blue being in D-Block, while I was the highest ranking member of staff on site and had to assist several people.

Its not my fault if i calling that the thaunatologist doing dangerous things and then i get instantly cuffed without any RP (you are senior mod and department chief so you should do anyways rp.... also you as sr mod should let people go if they MUST leave!)

As i already sayed in the text and also IC "i must offline - and if you not let me i will go anyway" because REALLIFE is OVER RP.

The situation was dragged out unnecessarily and when I have to go to work I will also turn off my PC and not just leave it running because of an RP situation. Because I HAD to go offline and also informed all parties and despite the fact that it was ignored, I had to go offline. The fact that no RP has happened on your part remains an open question, but I certainly won't leave the PC running when I have to go to work and therefore the information was reported from my side via Staff Sit, it is not an LTARP but a justified disconnect. Everything else will then be handled by the Admins+

What you had actually said was "I dont like this RP now, this is boring, let me go or I will leave."

I never said its boring But therefore the ban is not directly from you but indirectly caused by you and as you can see we are not getting to any point here, I won't start a discussion here and have to wait for Admin+

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I decided to deny this ban appeal after looking through logs you made no indication as to why you had to leave asides from you didn't like the RP that was going on. You also were spamming chat with "/me PTS" when in cuffs and gagged after what was explained to me as you shouting at people. Furthermore you have admitted to mixing in this appeal saying:

Due to you making no attempt to explain why you were going to disconnect ingame the ban will not be lifted.
