Why should you be unbanned: I didn't intend to LTAP, I got kicked for being afk and I didn't bother joining back as I wasn't aware of the warning. The staff member never told me about it.

I have taken a look into this appeal and reviewed the logs surrounding the time of the incident. You were aware that you were being punished for RDM and, taking into account your lengthy history on the server, you would have been aware of LTAP, as this is something you have been banned for in the past.

After reviewing the situation, I have decided to deny your ban appeal. Upon looking through your previous history, we found that our team had missed some of your previous bans and, as a result, the ban length was not correctly applied. This was due to the implementation of a new system and was no fault of the staff member involved.

However, your ban has now been increased to accurately reflect your previous punishments.
