What will you do to stop this from happening again: I think I could stop my fire ealier to try and down ISD if I were a bit more carefull

Why should you be unbanned: I was a Comabt Medic and an ISD member killed a Sr. Doctor in fornt of my eyes, while also shooting me. When I started getting my gun out to try and detain him to turn over to higher ISD member, he turned towards me with his gun pointed at me, so I had to return fire.

Admin claimed, that the doctor was stopping the arrest so I should report the doctor to staff. That's first of all ISD job not mine, second of all it's in rp issue (I was told that by stuff few months ago).
This all still also doesnt change a fact, that RDM is when you kill soemone without a reason. I believe murdering a Doctor is a great reason, and if anyone had any doubst about it we should resolve this in rp, as this is an rp server not a pvp one.

That beign said, I believe staff was engaded in a matter that should and could be fully resolved in rp, as this is why we all play on this server

I'm looking forward to response from anyone that will be taking care of this.

I had issued the ban based on the following situation

You were detained by an ISD and being lead into personnel wing, whilst in the blastdoor area you both were halted by a senior doctor who closed a door on you, after they did this a second time the ISD agent attempted arrested to which the doctor attempted to either cuff or leash them, the ISD then shot the individual down who managed to get an uncuff off just as they had gone down.

You then ran behind the ISD and immediately opened fire.

During the sit you had mentioned that your arrest reason was false to which I said you should make a sit against the ISD agent. Apologies if that was not clear.

Hello, I believe your ban for RDM was correct and Head Mod Merrick did not do anything wrong in regards to giving it.

Although it is true that the ISD agent shot down a Sr Doctor, it is obvious that they did so as they were interfering with an arrest and attempted to cuff/leash the ISD agent, the Sr Doctor also freed you from the handcuffs you were in.

This means that your killing of the ISD was not in in self defence and you did not have a reasonable RP reason to do so.​

As stated above, because you saw the reason the ISD killed the Sr Doctor (because they were actively interfering with an arrest, trying to cuff the ISD, and uncuff yourself) it was not a valid reason to kill the ISD as it would not be reasonable to believe the ISD agent had "murdered" anyone.

Due to the length of the ban, you may not re-appeal.
