What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not say "I love the chaos insurgency" anymore without any valid reasoning as to why I love them,
I will also make sure to double-check the fact that if I'm allowed to go up to the surface in an RP scenario like the one that I was in, and I won't shoot/randomly kill people just for saying insults towards me
I'll always double-check on what's not and what's allowed, and I will be doing a double check over the entirety of the server rules after this appeal, whether it gets accepted or denied
Why should you be unbanned: I Thought i was in the clear for all the surface stuff, I mean i had made a ticket when i was up in garage asking a member of staff if it was okay for me to go up to surface, I had explained to them the entire story, which i will also mention here. It all started when there was a commisiner disguised as a chef in PW bathrooms, in which i had jokingly said to " I Love the Chaos Insurgency!" Which I understand now is not okay in any way, shape, or form, especially when I'm playing on a foundation character. But anyways, I had said that, and ended up running away into 860's Dimension, where I stayed there for a bit, before making my way down to HCZ after learning that ISD were on my trail. I went into Reactor and went into the inner part of it crouching on the roof of the tiny building inside of there. I saw that the camera in the reactors was green and i knew that i was essentially done for. I moved back into the main reactor room area with the water And had went up to the crane. After learning that I was essentially surrounded by 4-5 Different ISD Agents in reactor I had Tried escaping, but I had no sucess as an ISD agent stood in my way. I Stood still allowed them to cuff me and i was dragged all the way up to the ISD Wing in the Interro room. In which i stayed for like 20 minutes or so. I Had a brief chat with the Commissioner Robert Slater He just made me sign a fine for 2k And then let me free. My E-11 CPT at the time "Nicolas Caliko" Instructed me to follow him all the way into our E-11 HCZ Bunks which i did partially before i ended up escaping from him by going up primary elevator when he was distracted. I made it all the way into garage and i stood there for a bit wondering if i could come on up to surface or not since i had learned that there was a 50k bounty on me and that all personnel knew about it. So first I asked in OOC Chat if i was allowed to go into surface for an RP Scenario and if it would be classed as a rule break or not. But then I made a ticket In which i was told that it was fine if i went up in my RP scenario, but if I had wanted to kill anyone, that i needed to get SL Permission for TreasonRP. So after closing the ticket, i had went out of the Base Near Pinewood area in which i was Kidnapped by CI and brought back to their base. in which they attempted to gather information out of me. Both the CI trying to interrogate me had crashed so i had to wait for a solid 10 minutes in there for them to join back. The 2 CI were talking to Foundation as to get me back into the foundation for a cash reward. CI transported me back to Main gate in which the CI Got shot down and i was alive. Both Daniel Cooper Palmer and Nicolas Caliko brought me over to EZ In like the room where that one portapotty is and PK'ed me at.
That was the entire story. But i was told that it was fine for me to go up to surface in which I Had actually learned by the staff that took my sit. that was false. And that i actually couldnt go up to surface as that still counts as treasonRP. I thought i was in the clear and i wasnt breaking any rules but clearly not as im banned. As for the RDM They've got a clip of me doing it so theres no much defending that other then the chef was insulting me and a bunch of other people before this. Then i got told to make an Appeal after getting banned and thats why im here now. I Promise however that This shit wont ever happen again and you have my word on that.
