Why should you be unbanned: Honestly, I don't know what you want me to say. I got kidnapped in medbay by three A-1 ISD while I was talking about birds. Unfortunately for me, one of the A-1 there was called "Birdman." While I was talking, someone asked me, "Why do you know all of this?" I responded, "I majored in Zoology, I used to be a bird watcher man." The A-1 misinterpreted this and thought I mentioned one of their code names.
As they were trying to drag me from medbay after grabbing me, I shouted into my comms, "Help, I'm being kidnapped." They noticed they didn't strip me of my comms when they cuffed me. After they finally stripped me of everything, I had already put out the message that I had been kidnapped. They then voided my RP, which made me angry because it was a legitimate and fair RP. I had sent the comms message before being stripped, but they continued to void it. So, I started to unvoid their voids in comms.
A-1 is now in OOC, claiming I said their code names, which I never did. I used "bird" and "man" in the same sentence but never together. They heard what they wanted to hear. I'm sorry for getting exuberant and expressing my frustration instead of calling a sit to deal with the situation, but at the time, I felt wronged, so I continued.
And before you jump on me with the " You clearly used Man with the intention of provoking the A-1" No Man can be used to emphasize a Statement or a Reaction "I used to be a Bird watcher Man" can be used in a statement which it was i can't help at the time Words were picked out of my sentence to provoke an ISD reaction. they chose to hear what they wanted to hear. cause they sat there for a good 15-20 seconds before deciding they wanted to grab me.
One of the A-1 called a sit because I was still using comms to unvoid their void after they had voided my RP. The current staff member (Dennid) took me into a sit room and explained what I did wrong, telling me I was stripped of comms so there was no reason for me to continue posting in comm's. at this point im just even more pissed cause my entire RP was just voided out the window. there never was a "You may have commed it but after that you should've stopped" it became a "You were stripped never should have used comms in the first place" so to me it's like They can kidnap me for thinking they heard one of their member's code names. All i can say is im sorry i didn't handle the situation better. instead of taking it upon myself to try and fix the issue. i ransacked thee issue. where as i could've instead called a staff member over to possibly rectify the situation
