Why should you be unbanned: You can say retard on this server as long as you are not targeting somebody "with a perceived disability".
Example: Saying "im a retard" is not Severe Toxicity, but targeting a player due to a speech impediment saying "he sounds retarded" would be Severe Toxicity. Additionally this has been clarified several by Yeke himself.
Perhaps telling him to kill himself may be enough to get me banned yet I said it in a IC fashion as he had just kicked out of D-Block for from what I could tell no reason even though an ethics member and the site director asked for additional combatives to D-Block for a sweep.
