What will you do to stop this from happening again: In future I will ensure that I read over my jokes and ensure that they are appropriate and do not sound or look inappropriate in any way before sending them as not to make other players uncomfortable during their experiences on the civil network platforms.
Why should you be unbanned: I first of all want to begin with a apology to who this occurred with. I am truly apologetic, I meant the poke as a light hearted joke from a TikTok meme but upon second viewing of the comment I realized how obscure and strange it sounded which is why I sent the video link as reference to the joke I was making to make it clear it was not meant the way it looked, but that still does not make it ok as the damage was done.
Now then, I feel I should be unbanned as this incident was a complete misunderstanding and while I know regardless it was still bad I had no ill intention behind it. I poked the user with the message as I thought it would have been funny due to it being a meme on TikTok but then realized how it sounded after I had sent it so I sent them the TikTok I was referencing to although the damage had already been done.
And secondly, my history, both in warns and bans and as a player. My warn and ban history is overall embarrassing, I have an unbelievable amount of warns and a good few bans. However my most recent one was 9 months ago. Staff can check and or know what it is. What happened with that ban was an accident, that was never meant to happen and I was ashamed with what did happen none the less. But quite frankly as that was an accident the last punishable offence I did before this was over a year ago now showing how compliant I am with server rules now and how well I follow them. Overtime I got warned less and less as I am a lot more matured and have become a better player now and know right from wrong.
Now my history as a player. I have been a player for nearly 2 years and I went from being a complete minge with no intention of RP to someone who now does want to do and provide RP for others and I have matured significantly over the course of these 2 years on the server for RP and my passion on the server. I would never intentionally go out of my way and make another player feel uncomfortable at all and I am mature enough to know this. This is why I attempted to clear the air with a video link to the TikTok I was referring to but even still this made the user uncomfortable and I acknowledge this and deeply regret my actions.
