What will you do to stop this from happening again: I have thought about the situation and raging as a whole. In the end of the day it is just a game. After this incident I instantly apologised myself and realised my mistake.
Why should you be unbanned: Yesterday around 5 PM, I was in a heated situation in RP with ISD investigations, Raids, Surface missions, Code 5's, and surface anomalies. During that, an incident happened where we got killed, *again*, in a stupid way. Because all of this stuff is happening at the same time, with myself being tired In Real Life and general annoyance of GOC.
During this incident, only 3 people were present in the Nu-7 TeamSpeak channel:
- Myself
- Arrow
- Vreike
I said some things about GOC in the TeamSpeak channel and ended, softly, with a swear word, which is of course always a bad thing. However, this was not intentional, and Vreike did not even hear it as it was so soft. I asked vreike about it, and he already forgot and said he did not even fully hear what I said. When I said it, I instantly apologised for saying it in the TeamSpeak channel.
Arrow however did hear it but said, and I quote: "Bro, Dagger.... You can't say that."
Myself: "I know, bro, that is really my bad. I should not have said that."
Arrow: "Well it is okay for now, DO NOT, Do that again. That will get you banned."
Myself: "I fully understand, my apologies. It won't happen again."
The day goes on and I get my promotion to LT in Nu-7. This is a MAJOR achievement for myself and I am super happy and proud. This also makes it so that I am forced to act even more mature and respectful.
I play the rest of the night, host a training for Nu-7, do some paperwork, deal with raids and breaches and eventually go to sleep without any further issues.
The next morning, I wake up to a DM from Arrow:
I do not understand why I have been allowed to play for 21 hours and then randomly get banned the next day, even when the staff member acknowledged it and said *NEXT TIME* it would be a ban. I pointed this out to Arrow and he admitted that he said it was fine and just banned me the next day because he "Forgot"?
I do acknowledge that the singular word I said is not okay, however the staff member should have acted then and there and not ban me the next morning in my opinion after "Pardoning me"
I ask for ban to be removed or shortened.
I acknowledge that the thing I said was wrong. However, I instantly regretted it, saw my mistake and apologised.
