What will you do to stop this from happening again: Well, in the situation the issue was we over did the practice and it turned to messing around. We at first where killing each other in KH but then we just started to kill each other in SS and then in bunks. We did over radio say that we where gonna do stuff and where where communicating over radio at some points. The real issue the came was a Officer spawned in bunks and saw the other SGT die. He then killed me in response (I don't think he even saw me kill the SGT) me and the other SGT then thought he wanted to join in as intead of leaving bunks he stays and watch us spawn again that in RP we are new people (the admins said it was NLR so I will be basing off that even though my opinion is Different). I was shooting the SGT again and cross fired him. He then pulled out his weapon so I shot him before he could to me. After this the SGT had to go (I didn't realise this) and the officer was standing still making a ticket.
I understand now how it can be mistakened and not proper RP when people are messing around in bunks and I will never again mess around within bunks and take everything that is killing not in RP to KH. I also will never asume some is joining in when they are not. I also did not realise the Officer did not wish to join in.

Why should you be unbanned: I do understand what I have done is wrong and I have recived 2 punishments for this. As in the rules this is MRDM techniqually but with the situation is more than a mistake than just minging / trolling / nitrp. I never try to intentionally create harm and more a friendly misunderstanding where me and the SGT where messing around and never wanted to create any issue. I have a clip of the situation that shows that I thought the Officer joined in and the other SGT agrees that the Officer also joined in. I do understand that I may have over done it after the Officer didn't seem to look intrested anymore.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Under no circumstance should you be killing your friend over and over in your spawns, as it leads to confusing scenarios such as this, if you want to PVP, I highly recommend a sandbox server as you are expected to be in character at all times.

Whilst I am denying this appeal I have chosen to reduce it from 1 week 1 day to 6 days. Meaning your new unban date is the 22nd of december.
