What will you do to stop this from happening again: So I was a Officer trying to go to EZ Kitchen I wanted to buy MRE or anything for later and I was about to log off when I do it. And A-1 and NU-7 attacked me immediately I didn't get to EZ they were standing on the doors. The NU-7 immediately attacked me. They cuffed me without saying a word I didn't get the time to react not even saying anything, they later let me after seeing that I wasn't CI/DeepCover. On the Video:"https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/j6wjuOPQsGPxAFeSi?invite=cr-MSxFZW8sMjYxOTQwMzA2LA" you can see that the A-1 on the start of the clip (you can barely hear him) said "Put your gun away, or go to D-Block" so I didn't want to put my gun I wanted to go to D-Block but on the clip you can see that he closed the door not letting me. "he himself ordered me like 10 seconds before the start of the clip to go to D-Block" I wanted to shoot them and they cuffed me again so I got angry because of the lack of their intelligence to be honest. So the Inspector took me and then he let me go again to fight them, and I got back I wanted to fight them again. On the last seconds you can see that the NU-7 was not giving me breathe, so I took the matter in my own hands. I told him multiple times "Dude, Move, Fuck Off" after shooting him (In rule 1.02 it states "You gave someone clear verbal commands, with time to comply, and they fail to do so.") . He wanted to go behind me with a gun "I was scared for my life" in that matter. I had my gun out so I shot him after not complying.
Why should you be unbanned: It's a big misunderstanding we were sitting in the admin room like more than 20 minutes. 3 admins changed Sean Fearless didn't understand it quite well because I told him everything and the other guy too. So Sean needed to go off and Cece came and I asked for escalation then Tanya came checking the video and saying it was "RDM" I warned him multiple times and I listened to the A-1 that was asking me to go shoot CI. And it only left me and him where he wanted to go behind me so I shot him (after telling him to move) and I couldn't shoot them because of him he's literally interfering with play. I know that he's CL4 I understand the situation but he's literally not giving me chance to play. And I got 2 weeks ban because I killed him in a reasonable situation. Btw the Stacked Bans were for my FearRP not RDM. And maybe an admin that understands knows that when you gunpoint someone they can shoot you. Some Admins are tough some are easy. Once I gunpointed E-11 in Medbay like on the start of playing on the server. And he immediately killed me I reported the guy for RDM and he showed him the clip. And he said that's not RDM you gunpointed him and it wasn't even aiming at him it was on unsafety and he didn't warn me to go away like I did warn this guy. Now when I do it it's an RDM and 2 weeks ban I don't quite understand. Even if somehow this is an RDM which I don't believe because I warned him multiple times. It's a bit unfair I complied I came back to shoot them but I couldn't he was completely targeting me for no reason, if he didn't target me he wouldn't have been killed and I wouldn't be banned. All that to get 2 weeks and 1 day ban. I understand that the server rules are getting strict, and you want it to be somehow serious in one hand.
