What will you do to stop this from happening again: So I am just listing through the rules, and I couldn't find any that shows that I can't kill someone after 5 minutes. First it happened when I was in airlock opening doors to the D-Class and he hit me and ran away I wanted to shoot him he went to hide in the showers I was waiting for him he abused third person because I can see his shoulder on the catwalk and every time I point my gun at him he ran away, but nevermind that. When I was out of the catwalk I went back on the watchtower waiting for like a minute and I went back to D-Block and then he came back because I remember him IC he was close to me I shot him because I am still in my character no one died, so I came back saw him little bit sneaking away and I killed him he asked in OOC why I said you very well remember that you punched me and he made a sit.

Why should you be unbanned: I think this is a misunderstanding getting a full month ban over that. I was discussing the situation with the admin but he didn't believe that I would stop because of my previous RDM Warnings. You cannot call this Random DeathMatch because in fact it's not Random. If you really want to make sure nothing like this happens ever again please state it in rules. I am an active player on the server and I don't want things like this to stay on my name especially these misunderstandings. It may be an RDM in your hand of course admins are more active and they know more and they came across a lot. So I asked him to explain the situation he didn't give out a full reason for the RDM only giving the rule that doesn't exist on the server so because it was 4 minutes and 57 seconds away me seeing him constantly peeking out the showers with thirdperson on when I was on the catwalk because I can see very well that his head wasn't out that only his leg and shoulder was out I saw him multiple times so how I can't kill him I cannot enter d-block I was waiting for him to get out and when he got out I was waiting for him to come very close so I can actually shoot him so he cant run away. So after all I don't deserve the full month ban and I am sorry for the situation that occurred and I hope that you will add the rule (rule example) for that kind of situations. I asked the admin for a verbal warn because I was truly sorry and he knew that I didn't know about that rule and he continued to ban me it's not his fault of course but it could have played differently with an explanation so I know how to deal with that kind of situations in the future.

Just to explain as of to why I banned you. I banned you for RDM here as the situation you described to me came under the ruling. The reason being for this is that the conflict had ended and you chose not to pursue the D-class. A significant amount of time had passed when you came out of watch tower and shot him again. Realistically there wasn't a good reason for you to hunt down this D-Class anymore due to the time having gone a good time ahead of the past conflict which is why I classified it as the above ^. I did explain to you the ruling but chose to hand out a ban. The reason for your ban length is due to your punishment history.

Hello again, as you stated your reason IC I couldn't really pursue him in showers because there's no Code 2 and there was no Captain or anyone that could allow me to get inside I could get punished IC for entering. But when I think about it better that than this and for that I made a mistake, when I was on the catwalk as I mentioned he kept hiding and peeking at me so it gave me a reason that he was trying to evade me that gives me the right to say that he hasn't forgotten it and neither have I. So I got back in watchtower waiting for him to come closer and I got out shooting him. And after I did that he pretended and asked me why did I shot him and reported me. I understand that my previous ban records are making the situation worse and my ban time longer, I am trying to improve day by day to make sure that it doesn't happen again and I actually did but I did not know that this rule exists on here, in the future I will make sure that this does not happen ever again, and I apologize for my actions. Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After reviewing your ban appeal and the description provided, as well as speaking to the staff member involved. I have decide to deny your ban appeal.

I believe the staff member was justified and right in the punishment they gave to you, it would be RDM to kill a person just because they attacked you a few minutes ago, it does not count as self defence at that point and that was your given reasoning for shooting the person.

Your past warnings / bans have also took part in making your ban longer, the total length of your an is in part because of your recent RDM warns / bans and your recent overall bans.
