Why should you be unbanned: Im not sure why i was banned but i was taken to ia about to be put in for 5 mins and my game crashed and power soon went off in my home so i couldnt be arsed to come back on , i have a clip to prove

I have just checked to find the clip corrupted , so i have no way to prove other than it was a supposed 5 min ban - you can ask captain ace and ,in my eyes i would have no reason to leave as i have multiple warnings recently and got banned a few weeks prior for it, it is not exactly a long ban and i was arrested just prior for 5 mins so there is no personal reason other than my game crashing to not wait 5min

Hello @jamescatteau , thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I Initally took a sit for an IA ambassador. They informed me you had left mid arrest and I confirmed that the time between you disconnecting and being in cuffs was 30 seconds and with no arrest. I assumed you had crashed.

I had informed them that you would be given a 10 minute window to either start reconnecting or message someone in the game such as the Ambassador who was arresting you. I had recieved no information that you had done so and Contact a Headmod by the name of 'Romeo' to issue you an LTARP ban. WHilst he checked your warnings to check it was valid. He noticed you had stacked up enough active bans to be issued a Stacked bans ban. Which he confirmed with another Head moderator before he issued it.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

We have a punishment guidelines that our staff members follow, they would not ban for LTAP uless it had been over 10 minutes. So in this case you did not attempt to re-connect with 10 minutes. You also have an extensive warning/ban history. You show no clear attempt to role-play as shown by your record. You had also attempted to ban evade and were caught by our system, which is why your ban was extended to 50 weeks.

You may re-appeal in 1 month
