And as I did with the ISD kidnap I asked explicitly if there was a formal charge, hopefully have clear communication to prevent confusion around possible kidnapping rather than making the argument it isn't kidnap cause it is allegedly foundation staff in a active code 1. Alternatively asking for a staff verdict if one can be achieved quickly, or alternative to that contacting staff that metagame occured to get us into 'custody' anyways
Why should you be unbanned: Ger JOCKER The other one AKA Kai Ner, only got a verbal warning and is the one that said A-1 first. Komodo unfairly in my view assumed due to a history of having to deal with me that I was minging, a history is just that, a past. Not only that, he made the baseless accusation I was minging on the UK server when literally all I was doing was looking at what is different, and giving dianobol out to people. But apparently that is a egregious offense. ISD upon walking in did not see my ID off the bat and the ORIGINAL report of us allegedly info breaching should very well show that said person would have metagamed our names in order to report us, name, rank, department. No ID out yet ISD goes right to us.
Even then, I only take issue with being told I FailRP'ed I asked for clarification on WHAT KINDS of kidnapping is eligible for what we buy cyanide and bleach for, as if no charge is presented, it has been established to me that if this happens to you you are allowed to use what you must to establish death within RP reasons.
If I am to understand correctly, your own faction can kidnap you even if they have treason auth, and you CANNOT cyanide or use bleach. I was blindfolded and gagged, both very big signs it is not over a charge. But a thing said. All of which was the result of a conversation with a cartographer we WERE MIXING, and merely inquiring on his prices and stuff for chems. By this logic as well he shouldn't know half of the topic either yet acted as if he did.
I primarily take issue with the FailRP as this sets the precedent that if you are kidnapped, you must metagame or some other ludicrious detection method to tell if it is CI or perhaps IPD or LE. If they are treason authed or not- this adds as said the idea that any kidnap thus is invalid. I attempted greatly to establish if it was an arrest or not. I was told SEVERAL TIMES I am NOT being arrested. So they admitted to the intent to kidnap and well- DID kidnap me. They arrested Kai for less than 10 minutes, if they had a charge they could have told me one of the many times I asked. Yet waited when I sought clarification just for this EXACT reason.
If possible, I would like my recent behaviour compared to my past, my effort in being improved acknowledged, as I did not take kindly to Komodo immediately profiling me as a minge despite my cordial behaviour, honesty, and improvements as a person in whole. I only am inquiring if the FailRP could either be a warn, reduced, anything. I enjoy my time on the server and learned after my first ban which I got lucky was only a day to improve. SInce then I have been in far less trouble not only OOC but IC, I use to be a menace. Now I am rather quiet, I can be silly. But not anything like I use to. And I need not a award or anything. I simply ask for my side and understanding be acknowledged, and taken into account. I will say it was not smart to have a level headed calm talk like that even though it was away from anyone else, it wouldve been far better in LOOC and this I have been trying to more despite the situation showing I did not utilize OOC channels, as someone who is rather comfortable in the server, it is easy to just get talking when you speak with someone, using my microphone I tend to AVOID typing where I can, and it was a genuine slip up calling them A-1 cause Kai said it first, and I followed. I did not walk around telling everyone about LE and IPDs names as Komodo frames and alleges he has 'reports' of it. Even if there was, it was a genuine mistake

Inspector who issued 'arrest' order metagamed my name and Kais. The first ISD agent who cuffed me admitted even that it could be a god issue and I refrained from bringing it up as I saw I did wrong too, and felt live and let live.
Inequal application of rules based on seemingly personal distaste toward me.
If such was equally applied Kai was not banned, and the Inspector is still playing himself.
I made a accident in saying a names unredacted version. A MISTAKE, not a INTENTIONAL infobreach to ONE PERSON who ALREADY knew it apparently himself.
I did not say it first. And thus I felt more comfortable to say it as others were.
I was honest, and am honest in my attempt to metagame. I disagree with the FailRP judgement, and that is allowed to be the case, but so is me desiring what I may percieve as a fair judgement, and possible leniance given the mixed situation where both parties have done wrong.
It seems to me he just wanted the easiest solution and quickest, saw me, remembered how I use to be, and ran with it. I did not RDM, did not infobreach, I mixed, meta'd as I will say the situation I had a feeling was going to lead here, and I do not say this to act as if my demeanor was a proper reason as to PM someone to ungag me.
I ask if I am punished others are to an equal extent, as your rules are only as strong as your enforcement measures. A good saying.
I do have a clip of the incident as well. I do not expect to be heard out, and infact suspect Komodo will shut this down himself as I find it clear he does not like me, such is a personal right. But judging someone for things they did when they cared less, and didn't care for the server, used it as a comedy box. I have changed drastically and primarily am upset I was framed to be such a minge when I was checking the place out.
It is what it is, worst that is said is a no. A appeal cannot hurt, offers transparency and the possibility of redemption past this point. I regret my past actions as I know they reflect onto who I am today, and I think all the time the reputation I afforded myself being silly in the past to excessive levels. I cease this and thank everyone even Komodo despite my disdain I hold for him now as he does me, which luckily is not a rule.
(I acted defiant to the ISD but I act defiant regardless to any powers. I work with respect and honesty, not fear of authority. Obviously that implies I hold respect for those that police the server, as I have become decent acquintances with some staff since I have changed my ways. And know that the image of being a minge is not true, at least not now. Prior-? 110 percent. But I also learned a lot from that time period)
I apologize for the frazzled nature of this appeal. I am a bit miffed being judged so heavily especially being accused of doing worse, merely on his personal feelings and not objective truth.
Considering the Inspector did not see my ID in order to place the ISD arrest order for what was told to me no reason, it is a messy situation. I understand I likely achieved a lenient reaction regardless given a prior one day ban on record. I ask for consideration in my improved conduct, and my perspective. If I truly messed up and am wrong on both accounts as I have recieved a 50/50 reply on the "legality" of my suicide amid kidnap. As said I was explicitly told there is NO charges put forth. Thank you. And I thank those for unbiased input and consideration in my appeal and overall record having come to respect the server, and it's environment far more than at my worst, which does not make me immune to wrongdoing, I made a mistake verbally as Kai did. I got punished in a purely isolated conversation and a Inspector who never saw my ID. I just seek equal application of administrative action, this as said does not mean I cannot be wrong. And yes I understand I can at worst get an extension, however I am hoping I can kill the next two days, or get a minor reduction even slightly as I play a lot. And if I was anything as I use to be. I would be permed by now.
