What will you do to stop this from happening again: I've already answered that, my question is just why did I get a new one at 16 weeks when the previous one was at 5 days?

Why should you be unbanned: because I have already waited 5 days as the original was for 5 days but now I have a new one at 16 weeks what is going on I said I was sorry for what I did and it would not be repeated but now it has become longer and I really regret what I said and I have thought about what I said the 5 days I was away so
Today, when I was supposed to start playing again and be a better man, I see that I have to wait another 16 weeks.

okay how do I contact them because I have a suspected problem my brother who plays has also been banned because they think he is my alt account

hey this is my little brother's friend's account but since my little brother and I play on the same internet it looks like we are one person he was banned for it yesterday but it was resolved so right now my only question is why am I banned
