What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not sit on people's heads, crouch multiple times, or make strange voices or sounds that could make other players uncomfortable. However, I want to clarify that I didn’t intentionally sit on someone’s head—it was the SCP dragging me and hanging me on the roof. That said, I understand how my actions could be seen as disruptive, and I promise this will not happen again. I will personally ensure I do not repeat such behavior, as mentioned earlier. Additionally, I will review the rules to prevent such incidents in the future.

Why should you be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because I am genuinely sorry for my inappropriate conduct. I fully admit to my mistake and understand the administrator's decision. While I recognize my appeal might be denied, I want to emphasize my commitment to learning and following the rules. I value the opportunity to continue playing on this server, especially since I’ve been part of it for eight weeks. I also understand the severity of my recent stacked bans. Moving forward, I will respect other players and contribute positively to the server’s community and health.

I was the staff member that issued this ban and I'll explain why below.

However, I want to clarify that I didn’t intentionally sit on someone’s head—it was the SCP dragging me and hanging me on the roof.

First, this point; In the clip I was presented there was a lot going on, however despite your claims in this appeal you were NOT cuffed or 'hung' from the roof. You were infact VOLUNTARILY sitting on top of the Janitors head.

I will not sit on people's heads, crouch multiple times, or make strange voices or sounds that could make other players uncomfortable.

Secondly, in the clip provided, you were not 'making strange sounds', you were making clear statements regarding 'shitting in his face'. You said this twice, not even just once. You then proceeded to call 912 a 'good boy' in a tone of voice that made people uncomfortable.

For this reason, although it would technically be classed as ERP, I felt Inappropriate Conduct was better suited and you kept making excuses in the sit about it being 912s fault, when 912 had done nothing to provoke this response or your behaviour, hence issuing the 3 day ban. Due to your stacked bans, it was taken up to 8 weeks.

Thank you for looking at my appeal. I see the issues brought up, but I want to talk about what you said, especially the part where you claim I voluntarily sat on the janitor’s head.I have a video that shows I was not sitting on anyone's head by choice. I was actually being pulled and hung on the roof by the SCP. This goes against your claim that I did it on purpose. 1. On the Allegations of Misconduct:

I agree how it could be perceived differntly, especially when some people heard my phrases like “shitting in his face” and how I called SCP-912 a “good boy.” I do apologize if this has offended anybody or if I’ve caused any form of nuisance as that was not my intention. I could have chosen my words more effectively, and how my comments articulate, as they exist in a more humorous context of the game, justifies my reasoning.

2. The Usage of “Felt” in the Justification for the Ban:

You pointed out that there is a nuance in the actions as they could also fit into ERP, but “felt” Inappropriate Conduct seems to be more accurate. This conduct nuancing speaks to me in a more subjective manner. ERP is a serious violation, so I am curious to know why this was not explicitly spelled out in the sit or ban rationale. I appreciate that with lesser violations there might be more discretion, but in this case the enforcement needs to be consistent and transparent. I believe this case will be treated appropriately.

After speaking with the staff member involved and reviewing your ban appeal. I have decided to deny your appeal, however there are some things to mention.

What you did was unacceptable, and would fall under Inappropriate Conduct and not ERP.
Your ban will be reduced to 1 week, to more accurately follow the punishment guidelines.
Your ban will stay on your record.

You may not re-appeal this ban, and instead you are encouraged to make a complaint if you have further concerns regarding your ban.​
