What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not repeat my actions

Why should you be unbanned: I believe my 2 day ban was highly over exaggerated. The admins claims I had been taken to the admin multiple times but I was in fact only taken to the admins twice for very minor things, once for my name which I changed from "Mizu the mental asylum escapee" to "Mizu Daniel", very minor. And once again for spamming a few times in chat which I stopped doing. My third offence was for another name change which I could've easily changed if asked nicely.
Also I believe NITRP is very wrong, I was roleplaying all the time.

I would highly appreciate it if you take my situation into consideration when reading this.

Hi @MrPineapplezz

Initially the reason I pulled you myself was due to the inappropriate name you had decided was acceptable. However.. There were other factors behind why I chose to issue the NITRP ban which I will talk about.
You were pulled a little before about naming convention already due to the name you stated in your appeal here. However, it was also mentioned by other staff members that you had been pulled another 2 times for something else. On top of this, a staff member had mentioned you by name as someone to keep an eye on due to behaviour. After all of these factors, you proceeded to change your name to the inappropriate name that I pulled you for. Due to the fact you had been spoken to by a total of around 4 staff members regarding these 'little things' within the space of a couple of hours, I felt I had heard and seen enough from your logs to believe your 'minor issues' would continue to cause issues for other players, especially as you proceeded to argue in the sit about the fact it was fine you'd been in 2-3 sits prior, and that the name you had been been pulled by me for was appropriate.

After thoroughly reviewing your appeal and considering the detailed account provided by the staff member, your appeal has been denied. There are many reasons for this decision. Mainly being that you had demonstrated a continued pattern of disregard for the rules of the server in a short amount of time leading up to the no intention to roleplay ban.

Therefor this ban will stand.
