What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will watch my language, stop doing ERP and breaking rules in general.

Why should you be unbanned: I play this server for 4-5 years, not everyday but mostly with breaks, it's like a era thing for me, I come to this server to have fun, make friends, but when I get bans, warnings it's always like "oh, I have to relax and stop doing this". The reason I got banned is because the Guard Cadet made me angry calling me a "good boy" and stuff like that and 100% he did not get banned, I was already having a bad day and the dude made it worse, that I got banned I literally got crushed. I got back on this server a week ago, after probably 2 years, I remember how many good memories I made here, I made them right now, but it's always some dude who makes it a bad experience. Even tho I have 50+ warnings from years ago, I'm a changed person, I try not to be toxic, obey the rules and don't ruin other's experience, I really enjoy playing on the server. But I think that staff team judge a player, because a player got warnings from years ago is very unhumane, I tried explaining it in a sit, but the moderator didn't really care and still give me the ban without a warning. I made myself a name right now as "Prokolot" and I don't wanna be forgotten, I want people to know me for longer on. Also my brother play this server, he got banned also because we play on the same router so it really sucks that I ruined his experience too. So, please be understanding, I'm sorry to the guy who I was toxic to, I didn't really mean it. This will not happen again on my behalf, I hope the people reading this gonna be understanding.

Thank you for taking time to make this appeal.
After reviewing your appeal, getting proper evidence and speaking with the member of our staff team, I have come to the conclusion to deny your appeal.

Firstly, please forward your brother to discord for him to make a support type ticket to try and state his case where he got banned due to IP sharing.

Secondly, the behaviour that led to this ban has been outrageous and is something we do not tolerate as it is a 13+ community.
Due to the above it is made clear in our guidelines that ERP bans do not expire, no matter how long ago they were issued.
We take situations like this very seriously and always treat them with caution, which is why we have zero-tolerance policy for such actions.

When it comes to length of the ban - it was issued properly and met our punishment guidelines.

For reasons stated above no action will be taken in regards to your complaint.

Your ban will remain at it's full length (8 weeks).
You may appeal it again in two weeks.
