What will you do to stop this from happening again: I won't follow random people and what their roleplay scenario is anymore.

Why should you be unbanned: I did not know what I was doing was entirely against the rules. It was an honest mistake and I was just caught up in the moment. I wanted to get my radio back as a chef and followed a janitor who said he wanted to "take revenge" as well. I did not realize this was completely against the rules and that is my fault. I did not mean to commit failRP. LTAP was just an accident as it turned out my radio was just bugged and I couldn't spawn a new one. I relogged to see if that would let me spawn a new one and delete my old one and while I was loading in I was banned. Please I'm sorry I did not mean to break any rules...

Hey @Modi I was the one that issued the ban so I'll just leave my reasonings here.

So, the reason behind the RDM and FailRP is for the same circumstance. The entirety of A1 had been in a training for over an hour so physically could not have interacted with you to have 'stolen your radio'. With that in mind, upon attempting to return to the GM plane to continue the training, 2 of us got gunned down by yourself and Janitor who had raided Floor 3. The FailRP was for acting as a combative while on a non-combative job and the RDM for assisting in killing the 2 of us that did not fire a single bullet or so much as look at you with a gun, as ARDM is the same punishment. As I went to bring both yourself and the Janitor to the sit, I saw you had logged off instantly after the other A1 who were attempting to return to the training had killed you. Noting that, I waited the required 10 minutes for you to come back on, however you did not. Due to you having blatatently broken 2 rules and logging off right after - I decided to issue the LTAP when you didn't return.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After reviewing your appeal and the explanation provided by the Staff Member who banned you, I have decided to deny your appeal. What you did was against not only one rule but quite a few. The Staff Member waited the required 10 minutes before banning you just to be certain you hadn't simply crashed, and when you didn't return it gave them all the right to issue you the punishments for the rule breaks you committed.

You may not re-appeal as your ban will have already ended. Instead, if you feel this decision was unjust, you can make a complaint.​
