What will you do to stop this from happening again: While exfilling as ERT, I will not throw nerve gas or other grenades randomly.

Why should you be unbanned: This was untintentional. I was exfilling as ERT when I threw my nerve gas in an empty place at MTF Loop. Later the exfil was canceled due to a double breach. I got 5 kill notifications. Turns out some people walked into my nerve gas since it was invisible for them due to a bug. I did not intend to kill, even harm anyone or just simply to break a rule. This was an accident and I will be more careful.

After reviewing the case and evidence provided with a colleague, we have decided the scenario was not intended to cause MassRDM as you did not have the intentions to kill other players around you. However, you did throw nerve gas into a highly populated where players are commonly walking through which was certainly unacceptable.

Initially we were going to reduce your ban to 3 days, however considering that you have multiple bans on record we have no choice but to tack on Stacked Bans [C].

Due to the above, your ban will be reduced to 1 week and we will remove the MRDM from its' name. You will however receive an additional warning for FailRP and of course Stacked Bans. In the future, please be aware of your surroundings and the potential consequences of your actions.
