What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will just talk less in OOC and be more careful what I am saying in OOC if it doesn't pertain to the server.

Why should you be unbanned: I think personally at least I have been doing pretty well on the server without too many issues and would like to continue that. Besides this instance I dont think there really havent been any big(or small) issues and overal I think most people's experience with me has been positive and I want to keep doing that. And I'll keep complainign in OOC lower as I have been altho if server performance kills em again I honestly still might.

Hi @Sindrathion thank you for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After speaking to the staff member who issued your ban, he assured me he had explained to you the specific things you had said that caused the staff members to intervene in the first place, and that you understood those comments were out of order. Having looked at the comments made, this was more than just simply 'complaining in ooc'. It was a targetted threat made towards a specific group based on their nationality and stating you would pay money to see that done. As stated in our rules, disrespectful conduct and offensive behaviour towards groups based on such is not something we tolerate on the server. I will include the rule below:

2.04 Disrespect and Discrimination - Disrespectful conduct, including the use of derogatory language, racism, homophobia, and offensive slurs, is strictly prohibited. Discrimination, whether through unfair treatment, opportunities, or offensive behaviour based on appearance, sexuality, gender, religion, nationality, or other characteristics, is also not permitted.

While 1 week is the standard ban length for Severe Toxicity, I can see that you do not have a history of toxicity on the server, and it was not an excessive amount of comments being made, therefore I do believe that in this case a shorter ban could have been issued and therefore will reduce the length of the ban to 3 days instead of 1 week. Please just remember to be mindful of the comments you make even if it is through frustration.
