Why should you be unbanned: So. Let me give some context for why this ban was given out. It started with a report from a certain player (I wont name them because they are the reason why I got banned, so they might be offended if I name them). I had used to term "AFK" in character twice, I was warned for this for "Mixing". I felt that the person who reported it, is extremely sad for doing so (Because what's the big deal in saying "afk" when there is like 30 people on the server). When I asked if I could see the clip for the initial staffsit, the staff just said "yeah they showed it to me on Discord". Like I couldn't even see the evidence against me?

I told this person that they're a "sad person" through DM's. They responded, I asked them if they could stop DMing me, they kept going with "if you DM me one more time I will report you for harrassment", and then I said "with that logic you are the one that keeps going". And then I was reported + banned. I couldn't even give my side of the story in the staff sit, the guy was like "aight !ban".

I understand that my behaviour isn't ideal and I should work on it, but I find it hard to believe that calling someone sad leads to a 3d ban. What have we turned into? We can't handle anything online anymore or something? Like realistically, if someone calls you sad, would you really care?...

Thanks for taking the time to make an appeal.

After reviewing the evidence and speaking with the staff member involved, I have come to the conclusion that this ban is valid.

Harrassment is defined as "unwanted behavior that is disturbing, upsetting, or threatening". You can be observed continuously DMing this player despite the fact that they had indicated they'd like you to stop, which definitely would fall under the definition that I have provided previously.

Due to the above, your ban has been extended to be 2 Weeks from the date that you were banned as per our punishment guidelines. The staff member that issued your original ban didn't have the correct permissions to ban you for the 2 week period.

In the future, if someone asks you to stop messaging them, then please stop. This ban will serve as your reminder that this type of behaviour is not tolerated.
