Hi,
@Ricochet
After speaking with the staff member who issued the punishment and the players involved in the situation that unfolded, I think I have a good understanding of what happened.
You were running around with a weapon on your back as a non-combatant, which is fine, but after the ISD saw this and tried to stop you, they pointed a gun at you while you were unarmed in an attempt to stop you from running, which you ignored and kept doing. After a while, they caught up with you, cuffed you and continued to point their guns at you, now with over four people, which you continued to ignore, breaking out of the cuffs. They put you in handcuffs again, dragged you to the ISD wing and arrested you for ten minutes. After you were released, you repeated the same thing: you were handcuffed, ignored FearRP, were dragged to the ISD wing and arrested again, resulting in you being arrested three times in around 1.5 hours, each time for 10 minutes, resulting in you being in a cell for 30 out of 90 minutes. On average, the time between your release and your next arrest was 13.5 minutes.
While you were in custody, the ISD tried to role play with you about why you did it, but you shouted at him, screamed for his superior and refused to answer his questions offering little to no role play in this instance.
Now, regarding the fact that you were not pulled into a sit and explained why you are receiving the ban. The staff member involved has been spoken to about it, and this case will be handled.
Given your repeated breaking of FearRP, breaking out of cuffs while under gunpoint and repeated arrests with little RP involvement, I conclude that a ban for
No
Intent
To
RP (NITRP) is fair in this instance.
Due to the above, no action has been taken in regards to your ban appeal.
Due to the ban expiring in 11h you are unable to appeal this ban again. If you disagree with the verdict or feel this was handled in a wrong way you may file a staff complaint against me.
Kind Regards,
Eater
