What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will try to engage everyone fairly as possible, i was trying to do this ingame aswell but guess not good enough.

Why should you be unbanned: Because i was trying to conserve my hp while playing 7722, i did not think it was a good idea to directly attack a whole CI squad with a JUGG and a TB, so i just took shots at them with my crossbow from far away. I did not try to help CI whatsoever, MTF were simply caught between us and i just took advantage of it. Also the TB used his abilities on their entire squad to vanish so that i wouldnt kill them. So i do not think i was teaming.

In the clip shown of this incident, it looks as though you were in and coming from the direction CI were at previously. Is the location here true and was there any other reason to not attack CI other than attempting to conserve HP?

Can i see the clip please? It could have been the time that the TB used his abilities to make the squad vanish

Hello @Tommy The Scourage,

I've decided that with the evidence provided to me by the staff members that you did break the "Fail RP" rules by not attacking CI, during the provided evidence there was multiple times when you ran towards Foundation members who were shooting you and who did damage to you - I do not believe you took the same opportunities to avoid Foundation damage (and not to kill them) as as you stated you did for CI, therefore teaming with one side over another.

That being said, this ban was due to a single Fail RP punishment and you have went through a large portion of it already - please note that if you are rebanned soon after this punishment that it will be larger.

Due to the above, you will be unbanned now however the punishment will remain on your "/warnings" record as we believe you were banned for an accurate reason.
