Why should you be unbanned: I was falsely warned for rdm and unfortunately this resulted in a 12 hr ban which will most likely be expired by the time this is seen to. The reason I am appealing this warn instead of leaving it is because it was false and 1sgt blobert in ungoc should have been warned for mass rdm. I was accused of rdming rangers which I did not do as I had a valid rp reason to shoot them as 1sgt blobert of ungoc stated clearly in externals multiple times the following statements which I will attach for you to see. KOS Rangers, Kos Rangers, I then responded why, he then typed because they were stealing 8837, something else was said which i cant remember and he said your fat jugg ass was too tall. I then asked again to confirm if the kos was still on and he replied no the kos aint off. I proceeded to start shooting rangers as did other goc members. after a few minutes passed he complained i broke the 3rd mission which is do not murder and he tried to cuff me. someone asked again why were to shoot rangers and he again stated because they were stealing 8837 in externals. we then breached ranger building and he said extract 8837 and the goc opened fire on all rangers in the building. he then said even if ci get it i don't care and stated just not rangers. I provided full evidence of the situation to the moderators but they ignored everything I said and refused to escalate the situation to sl which in this situation their discretion was required.I have attached video of the whole situation and the teamspeak posts time dated as well. I hope that he can be dealt with and my warn/ban removed. He literally placed the blame for what he did onto me which is wrong and immoral. There are multiple witnesses in goc such as goober that saw and have stated on ts that he gave the order. Hello Unicorn,

Your RDM [C] warn which resulted into a ban was due to you killing 6 Rangers in total, 3 of which were during a KOS order, 3 which were to only be shot "Under circumstances" as stated by the 1SGT.
After the 1SGT told you to shoot them under circumstances, you then still proceeded to shoot 3 more rangers and kill them for doing nothing, 1 had just respawned and was running out of ranger station when you started shooting saying the following: "Why are you shooting me?", the ranger did not attempt to attack you nor did he even have a gun out, he just asked you that question while staying completely still.
The other 2 killings that followed were one that involved you shooting a ranger in the back when he was just speaking with Foundation and the other one going towards you without any gun out and asking you "Why did you kill him?", you then proceeded to shoot the ranger.
I had asked for a second opinion from a staff member, in this case Head Moderator Joe Bob, who was present when both clips were showed to us again; Joe Bob agreed with me that both of these situations were RDM.
We then brought you into the sit, asking you why did you shoot at them, where you told me you were under orders, you then showed me and Joe Bob the 1SGT after roughly 6 minutes of issuing the order saying to shoot rangers "Under circumstances".
Me and Joe Bob then reflected upon whether giving you the MRDM ban or not, Joe Bob told me it'd be better to warn you for RDM which then resulted in your RDM ban due to you already having 2 RDM warnings in the past not expired.
Joe Bob then came in for the escalation you had the right to, who then proceeded to agree with me on giving you the RDM warn, you then asked for a SL member which we refused to due to you already having gotten 1 escalation: The second one must be done on the forums.
Overall, the ban was, thanks to Joe Bob, decreased to only a 12h ban for RDM rather than a 2 weeks ban for MRDM, checking logs you had killed 6 rangers in total which already felt quite odd.
The clips which were showed to me revealed that all of these situations could have been dealt with in a RP manner rather than resulting in the killing of all of these rangers.
Note: Rangers said that SCP-8837 was no longer in their custody when all of this happened.

You can hear the people in ts asking about the order and blobert replying it was valid. I wish for this situation to be escalated to sl. Please do not respond any further to this sit as I feel it will cause conflict. I sat in a sit room with you for nearly a half hr because you refused to use common sense and some intellect to work out this would have been much easier for sl to use their discretion on this matter for all parties.

rangers never said that 8837 was not in their custody and if they did we as goc were not informed by blobert hence why goc entered ranger station
