Why should you be unbanned: In my opinion, i should be unbanned because i didn't do anything, my router went down and even now im currently on hotspot connection.

I was the one that handled the original sit called on you for LTARP.

The sit was called by a player involved in the arrest who also provided a clip of you disconnecting when inside of interrogation. Looking at the clip you were seen to make a small, but clear movement before the disconnect. Although I can see from the screenshot you were having a connection error. After the initial 10 minute grace period, the person that was assisting me with your ban became busy and couldn't issue it, giving you even more time. In total you were given more than an hour to log back on and/or contact someone to explain that you'd disconnected, and we did not recieve anything to indicate that you had made that effort.
