What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will try to not cuss or get angry when a situation like this happens again and go on about my rp
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes
Why should you be unbanned: Because it was all in the heat of the moment i really didnt want it to be like this but things can happen i learnt my lesson next time i will just ignore and leave it ( if i can in the rp situation) if not ill just try hold my anger and try to rp as calm as possible
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I already know most of the rules but its always better to learn the ones u dont know and ill definetly do that
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: like i said it on my previous ban appeal because civil networks is probably the only server thats actually well organized and professionally made server with alot of members rp'ing well so i would like to comeback and get into it as soon as possible add more to the rp

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal. The reason that you were banned was because you used a specific term that targeted a specific group/person, I did receive advice from server leadership on how to handle the situation and it was agreed by both of us that it would be classed as severe toxicity which meant a 3 day ban. I understand that in the moment things can be said but due to the severity I did have to issue a ban. I hope this gives some insight into my decision and I hope you have a nice day.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I have chosen to deny the appeal on the grounds that the language used was extremely derogatory and targeting a protected characteristic of players, with the intent to cause offense / harm, as such the ban will stay and this time can be taken to reflect on the actions taken by yourself in relation to this, the use of derogatory / demeaning language to target specific players is unacceptable.
