While I fully acknowledge and respect the importance of adhering to the server rules, I believe it is crucial to take into account the context in which my actions transpired in order to arrive at a fair and just decision.
Allow me to explain the events that unfolded and provide some important context regarding the unique circumstances surrounding the incident. As a chef, my primary responsibility is to prepare meals and help within the server. However, on that fateful day, chaos ensued when a D-Class personnel managed to escape their confinement and proceeded to attack multiple individuals, including researchers and Gensec personnel, with a knife, causing several casualties.
In this critical moment, faced with an imminent threat to the lives of innocent individuals including mine , I found myself compelled to act out of a genuine concern for the safety of those present including me. Under these extraordinary circumstances, where the lives of fellow players were at stake, I made a difficult decision to utilize the means at my disposal to defend against the Dclass after he started stabbing me i guess i thought the gensec would stop the class d in time or something at the time.
While I understand that the server rules discourage combat as a chef unless forcibly engaged, the exceptional nature of this situation necessitated an immediate response to neutralize the threat and protect the well-being of me and possible others.
During my ban period, I have taken ample time for reflection and self-improvement. I have familiarized myself extensively with the server rules, making sure to fully comprehend the intricacies and nuances to ensure more informed decision-making in the future. I genuinely miss the engaging interactions and captivating storytelling (and funny moments) that the SCP-RP community offers, and I am eager to go
into the fold, armed with greater knowledge and understanding.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: i took deep dive into rules and scenarios ect. after the ban i now have about 4k hours on gmod
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: i enjoy the server alot other than the amounts of funny moments it has good pvp good addons gets actual updates which am kinda missing out on rn , actual rp , events (overall great community)
