[SCP RP UK] is there a punishment forum?

hello Drago here, so ever since ive been banned for 25 weeks for fail rp ive been wondering is there a list or forum about punishments like [ 1st offense , 2nd offense ect.] because prior to that ban as far as am aware my offense of fail rp was 1 or 2 week ban i believe. so of course am surprised when i see a 25 week ban when before it was 2 or 1 week ban big jump of bans.
if there is such a forum/list link it please and thank you.
as far as i know it goes from jail to 12 hour to 24 hour to 3 day to 1 week to 2 week bans then the 25 week ban that i got for fail rp.
