Why are you applying for Security Captain?
- From looking at D-Block I've seen it needs serious overseeing. Cadets and Officers most of the time are there for the sake of being credited by researchers and don't take their role seriously in D-block. I will always see D-class absolutely ravening over GSD because they don't have anyone to lead them a lot of the time. They're disorganized and simply don't follow proper procedures as often as they should. I believe I can suit the position of their leader, someone who they can look up to and follow orders from so they learn more about their job and how to perform on-duty. I want this role for extra combat experience and to see how it is to lead with a Clearance 4 position and maybe move up higher in my future with the SCP Foundation.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- I have been active in Gensec in all times. Times where there was little to no other Gensec on, or times when there were little to no D-class on. Times when SCP's were inside or even CI. I have done my best to help lead Cadets and Officers to a brighter future in GSD, such as hosting Sweeps for the captain, positioning Cadets and Officers. As well as my combat experience in MTF E-11 and NU-7 I believe my combat experience is up to par. I've tried my best to help Lead DireWolves into a better and more competent Sub-Divison for GSD. Unfortunately, I do not see many DireWolves member on-site. That could be ti different time zones but regardless there aren't enough as there should be on-site.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:

HOSTING ORGANISED SWEEPS
A Big responsibility for Security Captains are to host organised sweeps of Inner D-block. D-class will always have something to complain about, no matter how we try to give them suitable and fair wants & needs. D-class will continue to attack and harass our staff which is why Sweeps are mandatory. These sweeps will remove the D-class of any possible weapons or contraband they may have, thus granting a safer site for our staff and the D-class themselves. This also allows us to restart from the beginning with the D-class, a fresh start.
Managing D-block
GSD Security Captain's have many responsibility's but managing the D-block sector is by far their most important. The ability to keep D-class under control and in a happy compliant state is of utmost importance for our site as it allows it to function, giving our researchers what they need to perform their experiments on these mystical objects and creatures we have. Captain's also must ensure that GSD are following Code of Conduct as well as the Code of Ethics as it is crucial to Sector D-block security and safety.
Hosting Tryouts
Another big aspect of being a Security Captain is the capability to host tryouts. Hosting tryouts not only gives the Captain and its students more experience but it grants Gensec more opportunities for their future in the Site as well as more trained and capable men ready to take any situation head on. This is a very rewarding process for the Captain and its students as the Captain gets to see how these men perform in real life situations, and the students get to be able to be more into the action and be more prepared for defending D-block and its personal with their life.

He takes the seat next to him and orders a pint for himself and the Sergeant. Agent: "You've made quite name for yourself Jamal." Sergeant: "Yeah, what about it?" Agent: "You're ex military right? That's what that whole headline of you was about? Sergeant: "Listen man, I've had enough interviews about this whole thing. You're 4 months too late. You can get lost, but I will take that pint." The bartender walks up to the two gentlemen, placing the pints in-front of them. Bartender: "Here you go, two fresh ice cold pints ready to go." Agent: "Thanks chief, now Jamal. I'm sure you miss the "Glory days" of you being a drill sergeant. So what if I told you that you could re-live them?" Sergeant: **He pauses a moment trying to regather his thoughts** "What do you mean re-live them? You're not some men in black type of guy are you?" Agent: "I assure you not, but listen this isn't something I want to talk to you about here, perhaps we go somewhere more private?" Sergeant: "No way, i'm not leaving this spot unless you give me a good reason too." Agent: "Very well, but please be quiet. I can assure you the spot of being an officer in a military base. Shortly after some experience there you can become a Sergeant, just like in the old days." Sergeant: "Oh yeah? How so." Agent: "That is all I can tell you here, please come with me. I know somewhere we can speak." Sergeant: "Hmm... Fine, but let me finish my drink." The Agent sits at the bar, waiting for the Sergeant to finish his drink. Once he is done, he appears tipsy. The Agent uses this as a way of bringing the Sergeant to Site-██ for further questioning. Sergeant: **The Sergeant wakes up, unsure of his surroundings..** "H-hey, where am ?" Agent: "Welcome back, you are at the military base I told you about. Here take this, read it and give me your answer. Remember, it's a simple Yes or No." Sergeant: **He picks up the folder opening it and reading the document inside.** THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT HAS BEEN REDACTED Sergeant: "Yes.." Agent: "Perfect. Welcome to the SCP Foundation Officer." Jamal Dingle was then given the full training and and information on how to be a valued member of the SCP Foundation.
