Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: First Application.

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why:
No.

How many hours can you be on everyday: ~2

Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community: Yes.

Why would you like to become a Gamemaster:

As stated above I have experience in running events both in Gmod servers and in text forums. I have generally always considered doing so to be enjoyable, as it allows for the creation of unique RP experiences for players, which usually results in entertaining experiences around the board. Further, I have had contact with some members of the current GM team, who generally are all positive about their experiences within the team.

I have been trying to set up as many RP scenarios as I can, both as the roles I already had access to and by acquiring roles that permit it, but am finding that I am frequently having to request someone from the GM team to assist in setup. So I figured; It'd be easier to just apply for the role so I can manage it myself.

The real deciding factor for me though was the recent "First Hearing" event, which I found wonderful. I was on the fence before that, but seeing the potential of the various GM tools that are provided here

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants:
I believe that I have extensive experience in managing roleplay in various forms, and following the past few weeks I believe I also have experience in roleplaying within the community. During my time within the community I believe that I have shown that I am capable of roleplaying to a high standard, which I consider is a prerequisite for the position.

Due to this, I believe that I could be helpful to the wider GM team.

Please List 3 small event ideas:

When an investigation goes wrong...
Its a pretty common sight around Site-65 to see someone be killed, from the breaches and the CI raids, to just the general death that occurs around the site. But when the body of one of ISD's own is found hanging over a railing in the personnel wing with a knife in their back, things become personal. Certainly when its quickly realized that all camera's nearby have been wiped clean.

I intend for this event to be a detective series, where through usage of various GM objects an investigation into the death of one of ISD's own operatives quickly starts pointing to the fact that one of the operatives around the site may well be to blame for this death. Once ISD feels like sufficient evidence has been collected, a tribunal can begin- But if they will have enough proof to get a conviction is something they don't know yet.

Too close for comfort.
Parawatch is an organisation that is all too easy to brush off as a bunch of lunatics, but when a new user shows up on the forum that is getting awkwardly close to the truth, Foundation Datascrapers report it to the Department of External Affairs. The IP trace brings it over to pinewood, but no futher. With multiple civilians inhabiting the town, and a few computers, its unknown which party is responsible.

Again, a little bit of an investigative duty but this time for the Department of External Affairs and possibly the G.O.C. With the help of a few fellow GM's we could make a bit of a scavenging hunt for who the person is, followed by an investigation into how they got their information.

What was your name again?
One of the corridors in site-65 is new. At least- That's the first assumption when staff appears on the entrance with no recollection about what lies beyond the doorway. Further study quickly reveals that nobody can remember what lies at the end of the corridor, but the situation will become significantly more haunting when someone does remember what lies on the other end- But can't speak of it before they bleed out from a dozen small cuts along their chest- But a set of bracelets that seem to counteract the amnesia.

I intend for this to be an event primarily for the Research department, allowing for some study of the anomalous effects before a group can enter through the corridor to find an anomaly that is hiding itself behind anti-memetic effects.

Please List an map change event idea:
Testlog 0244, application of inverse S.R.A. Technology upon SCP-106.
SR. B. Klavin
> Alright, it running? Thanks jake.
> So, this is Klavin here, running test number zero-two-four-four, upon scp one-zero-six. Todays testing will involve the usage of an inverted scranton reality anchor within SCP-106's pocket dimension. Expected result is the immediate expulsion of the affected area into standard realspace, but, hell if you're listening to this log you can grab the documentation. Should be in the shelves.
> Class-D has already been prepped, SCP-106 has been recorded to be in its active phase as of current. Security, please proceed with the lowering of the containment chamber and introduction of D-5827.
> Thank you security personnel. Raise the chamber, send out the alarm for Nu-7 to observe for possible re-appearance, and begin the sweeps.
> Okay, that should resolve- What the? ABORT! ABOR-
[SIGNAL LOSS]

My plan involves a test upon SCP-106 gone wrong, quickly throwing the entirety of the local region into SCP-106's pocket dimension. I intend to make use of the following map: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3444363793

with modifcations to fit "SCP-esque" parts of the site around, along with some lighting shifts to permit for a more ominous and dark atmosphere.

The entire server population will be dragged into the trench-war section of SCP-106's dimension, permitting for skirmishes between combatative branches located on different sides of the map while medical staff and ET&S staff will need to treat the effects of SCP-106's fluids upon site staff and site equipment respectively, less they risk a meltdown of the Sites' reactor that has been dragged along or the death of site-staff. Research & R&D divisions can focus instead on a puzzle-like study to revert the effects caused, cooperating with other branches to retrieve the needed items- Which will be spread between the various factions within the trenches.

I think this will provide both a fun change of scenery for the combatative branches, being able to fight within SCP–106's pocket dimension, as well as provide for some level of diplomacy between factions and an active role for RSD personnel.

List an example mission for each of the following (O-1, A-1, Nu-7, E-11, CI, UNGOC & Foundation Staff):

O1 - Who dictates the law?
When a member of the Ethics Committee visits site-65, all goes well at first. Introductions, meetings, nothing special. Then a count reveals that an SCP-500 instance went missing, and that the Member's card was the last one used to access its containment chamber. All evidence is pointing towards the same figure, but by the time the truth is realized the man is already long gone. But with travel-logs readily available, locating the site where he fled to is not difficult.

I intend for this to be a bit of an ethical dilemma- When the reasoning for the theft is revealed, I hope that some people will consider it justified enough to warrant some discussion regarding the permissibility of such an action, and what further intervention should exist out of. The situation will then be made even more complicated by the fact that the member in question has his own Omega-1 escort; Wether site-65's team decides to intervene or not will be their own call to make, as is the method with which they intend to do so.

A1 - Whatever is needed.
Outpost-53 is a small site located near the artic, housing a dangerous anomalous object within it. For reasons beyond understanding, the entirety of the Outposts' staff has been deemed unrecoverable by the Council, and their death and securement of the anomalous object ordered by the Council. Upon arriving however, it is revealed that the situation isn't quite as black and white as it might have appeared. Further contact with the council to confirm their orders, or simple execution at the risk of causing further damage to the facility and its containment structures? Once again, a decision that is to be made by the task-force's operatives. Its something that might go a little against their nature of "Do everything, no questions asked", which I think may result in an interesting scenario for the players.

Nu-7 - Not every government plays nice.
When some uppity governor of a paranormal nexus decides that ruling his own little kingdom is preferable to cooperation with the Foundation- And when he also decides that a Foundation site falls under his new kingdom - Nu-7 gets a call. Heavily armored resistance is expected, and they have been given free-range to employ whatever means they consider necessary to protect the facility. Expect armor deployment, destruction at a large scale, and a fair bit of gratuitous special effects to please Micheal Bay. This one will largely be focused around Nu's potential for armored response, something I think the regiments' members would greatly enjoy.

E-11 - Fallen Angels
An automated report in SCP-7722's containment chamber has just gone off. Apparently someone's in there- But the door never opened, and when operatives arrive they find nobody inside. 7722 is up in arms however- He claims he has been visited by an Angel, and that they will soon come to warn him of who amongst the site are the heretics they require cleansed. Over the course of the event, it will quickly become apparent that this 'Angel' was more akin to a devil tricking 7722, but good luck convincing the anomaly of that....

Unless of course, you go for a short trip into hell, and happen to find said 'Angel' there. How convenient that this broken horn left behind seems to act as a gateway.

CI - Resupply
A Foundation convoy has come to provide transport, and the Insurgency has cracked the exact date and time. Prepare an ambush, and get the anomalies contained within. Figure out how to use them the best you can, then go turn them against the Foundation. This event will begin with the taking down of a Foundation helicopter, followed by what I expect to be a skirmish between the Insurgency and the Foundation over the container that the crashed helicopter was carrying. What is within is a small set of anomalous objects that may be very useful to the Insurgency, and warrant some exploration and exploitation.

UNGOC - Mirror mirror on the wall.
A man who, by all accounts, should be dead is seen walking through Pinewood. That reeks of a parathreat, and the GOC quickly disovers their hunch to be accurate. What follows will be an investigation into the object that causes this- An anomalous mirror of sorts -followed by attempts to neutralize the threat. They will quickly discover however that the object is not quite that keen to be destroyed, and when a member of the GOC's council of 108 claims the object as valueable to them, politics quickly get thrown into the mixture.

Foundation Staff - A bit worse than the flu.
Biohazardous substances are a mess to deal with, and for good reason. Something that the Sites' staff quickly realizes when a biohazardous containment unit breaks free, resulting in sickness rapidly spreading through the sites' staff. And it has shown no sign of slowing down so long as the unit isn't repaired up to specs. In the meantime, RSD and Medical will have their hands full to come up with a cure and treat the sick. ISD realises that there may have been sabotage in play, and the General Security Department gets their hands full when the sickness spreads to the Class-D population.

PS NOTE:
First of all, thanks for reading! Appreciate it. Secondly, I'd like to note that I'll be on a general LOA from the 26th of April until the 4th of may due to a trip to
Italy. I may not be able to respond to any inquiries during that time!

Good formatting
No major issues with the events

Though, I do have a few questions.
the Member's card was the last one used to access its containment chamber.
How would this information be gathered?

Once ISD feels like sufficient evidence has been collected
Will there be a GM playing the suspect? What if the ISD don't feel the evidence suffices?

Other than that best of luck!
