At this time. I am applying for the Role of Ethics Committee Member.
I believe it can be seen the way of what i apply for. From my time in this server. It has always been a priority for me to put Roleplay as the first. And combat as the second. The reason as to why i am choosing to go for Ethics Committee instead of the Overseer council is simple. The way of RP im more passionated about is with the Ethics Committee.
I've always been passionated about How the Ethics Committee works. And what they do. And by now. I think i am ready to take on as the role as Ethics Committee Member.
Ever since i first applied for Ethics Committee Member when it was Broda and Sceptre as a committee. I've always looked upon as to what they are doing. And i've been doing the same right now as an Assistant. Working alongside a lot with the Committee. And always trying to participate in any possible scenario possible. I would have a lot of more reasons which for i am applying for ECM. But i wouldn't wish to keep thiws Application too Long.

Interactivity and Leadership around the server.
As in my multiple roles on this server. I've had the chance of interacting a lot with players. May it be new players. Or Old players coming back. I've always had the chance of interacting with Departments and their leadership to regard as to problems that can be solved. I wish to put in a example which i think would be a great step towards The Ethics Committee.
The June ISD Situation
Now , I do understand that, yes , I didn't handle this all alone , and I did have assistance from each respective side of command. But today, I wish to set in my management skills. During June 2025 , ISD was having a big issue. This was that the current two directors were not doing their job correctly. After which, a hearing was set by the current Ethics Committee Chairman at the time, Broda Kagen , in which we went to hear about the employment of the two directors at that time.
In the end of this, the two directors were removed from their positions, leaving the department without directors. Instead, there were at that time three commissioners, of which two applied for director. We also had an inspector apply for director. In the end of the applications, one commissioner became director and one inspector became director. Unfortunately, one of the directors resigned the next day, leaving us with one director, who too shortly after resigned.
Now , there were two commissioners left in the department, which, unfortunately, one resigned, and one received a Clearance-4 blacklist, leaving the department with zero senior positions. At this time, I was the liaison for site affairs, meaning that in game, I would be there most of the time to lead the department as there was no one to lead their department in a senior position. In these times, I had the chance to prove myself as being good at leadership and interacting with departments. I used this chance to prove myself, leading Clearance-3 members of the department, and sometimes the inspectors in the site during investigations or other situations. I believe that what I accomplished during my time as site admin proves that I do have the leadership skills that are necessary as a Clearance-5.

Cross-Departmenal Roleplay.
Cross Departmental Roleplay is also a skill that i believe is much necessary! I do believe in some cases. The Committee May need to weigh in on some departments Relations between each other. And i would like to say on how i've done this by a lot so far. Let me give an example.
The problems between Medical and Nu-7/ISD
As it may have been seen on the UK server. The Department of Medicine, The internal security department and Nu-7 have been clashing with each other. Now this is something i believe they could of had handled them self. But it seemed as not to be that case. My self after being requested went on to handle relations a bit for each department. This was to figure out what could we all be doing, and how we could be stopping some of the bans for ISD from Medical bay, this included. The Director Tim was at the moment banned from accessing any form of blood in medical. And was only allowed limited blood to sustain his living state. Now this might not sound a lot. But trust me this was a lot. Since there was clashes even about some other stuff too. Now i will not be including absoloutely everything ive done as a Assistant. Because ive done a lot more in the early year as a ECA, but it can still be seen that i do have these skills.

Roleplay Creation.
Role play, Role play role play... This, like other skills are a necessity as a Clearance-5 Member of the server. CL5 are someone that the regular players look up to create RP for the entire server to enjoy. Now. To keep this section short as well. I will be presenting some Scenarios of Roleplay from roles that i have held.
UNGOC
UNGOC
I unfortunately haven't had the best of chances of creating the biggest Scenarios of RP, As i've not been a Commisioned Officer. But this is a RP Scenario that i do think is a benefitful Scenario that led to lots of RP Possibilities.
Project Nuclear.
Project Nuclear was an Project. Intended for both Foundation E&TS and UNGOC Engineers to work upon. This mainly meant for UNGOC Engineers to be allowed in to site to be allowed to create Technical RP with Foundation E&TS. Could be from RP of Fixing technical problems like Eletrical boxes upto Reactors. This was a great but short lived RP Opportunity for UNGOC. Of which we did get to use for Reactor RP. Which did lead to multiple "Continued RP" Which unfortunately came to a halt after this Policy was nulled due to a UNGOC X Foundation war. I currently still as UNGOC am working to bring this operation back to life. So that we could have more RP to do as UNGOC.

This is a little of a smaller project that I've been working on with ECM Elijah Patel, And ECA Elias Graysphire. This went on as i first gathered interviews of 10 D-Class personnel regarding their living inside D-Block, Their rations, their sleep etc etc, and what they think should be added to D-Block as to try and make it a better living space for D-Class personnel. After i had gathered up all the interviews and their results. I worked on documenting a report regarding their answers. And what the majority thought of the current living state, and how it could be better. After gathering the full information regarding everything. I brought up the issues currently that D-Block are having to Site Administration, Giving them records of everything. And by the authorization of an Ethics Member. Had them and GSD start working even more as to what they currently were on D-Classes. I would count this as something great to be done towards the Committee.

A New Tasking. (E&TS)
After the noticement of a lack of RP with in tech experts while i was Site Advisor. I had shortly scrambled ideas as to what i could do to improve this. A bit before i did this, Site Manager Charles Whitmee had gotten the E&TS Offices location changed for better accesibility. But to jump from that to what i had done. I had noticed a lack of action from any tech experts. There may had been like one tech expert. Who actually pushed for Role Play creation. But via the RP Orders that i had created for E&TS. I had single handedly pushed a new start of RP for them. Not even a week later after i had created my first order. I kept getting on Asking as to come and clear out the E&TS Document Cabinets. As they were full of documentations regarding the RP Orders i had created for them. Shortly after i did create another tasking for them. But unfortunately the documents werent stickied which led to Early Morning players going on to steal them. I couldn't bring back the second order as shortly after i had Resgined from my Roles.

Now. I would like to add to the Engineer RP from GOC and SA that i’ve made. This is not everything that i had done. But these are just 2 examples of How i’ve my self created RP to Revive some form of RP like on UNGOC. And Revived RP for a department. Which i personally think are something much needed. Even if it may just be some small departments.
Experience
By now, i have held multiple Clearance-4 roles. In which i've always proven to have a name in this server. All of these roles have been Non-Combatative. (Site Advisor, ECA 2x, UN Attache and Consultant.) In which all of them i've always proved that i am a capable member of Clearance-4 Status. I Believe by now. With the Roles that i've held that are more into Management and and Leadership roles. Like Site Advisor and Ethics Assistant. I can prove that i have had the right experience to become a member of Site Command. Now, again i do wish to keep my parts short. But to the point! What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:
Be an advisory body for Site Staff and other parts of FCOM, Like the O5 council.
Liaising with other FCOM members on any decisions that impact both sides, and making sure that Site Command and or Site staff are held accountable for their actions.
The removal of the current Overseer Council from their positions via primary action if there is no other choice seen.
Making sure that Departments like ISD Are doing their work right and following the Legal Codex
Maintenance of the Foundation Legal Codex.
Judgement of tribunals and handling Tribunal requests
Managing Ethics assistants and their tasking and work
Liaising with Omega-1 REGCOM To assist them in situations reguired to. (This includes operations or Roleplay.)
Usage of accessories in situations required. Like Site Wide Amnestication, Emergency Response Team calling And of course the Alpha Warhead.
Oversee sitewide behavior (through O1 as proxies or themselves in regard to senior personnel).
Creating new FLC charges. This sounds like one of the responsibilities but this can be seen a bit different.
What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
Out of RP, Ethics deal with
Director Of ISD Applications.
Ethics Committee Assistant applications
Ethics Committee Member Applications.
Choosing the Commander of Omega-1, And in some cases Lieutenant Commander.
They may also weigh into other departmental/SA applications if necessary to.
