Description of the incident: Alpha-1 Captain Vixen entered D block and almost instantly became hostile and unprofessional towards myself and the other Gensec who were participating in a stunstick training authed by a sergeant.

They then started to randomly cuff me to which I pulled out a gun and aimed in their direction so I could not be randomly cuffed and could develop the RP scenario further rather than being randomly cuffed. They then puled out a gun while under gunpoint (FearRP) then proceeded to shoot me in the face and RDM me.

Hi Maksim,

Thanks for taking the time to make a player report.

I will first start with the breakdown. FearRP and RDM in this situation will NOT apply.
FearRP requires a command to be issued.
You pulled your firearm and then aimed it at them - in a threatening manner. I would say in the context provided here its a valid kill.
Combat Cuffing will be issued as they attempted to cuff you with a weapon (The Stun stick) out.

Due to the users fairly clean record, and apologetic attitude in regards to discussion with them - a verbal warning will be issued.​
