Description of the incident: Spawn-camped me in my office, hacked into my office specifically to kill me every-time I spawned, repeatedly RDM'd me. I would also like to add that he was on a chef role while being level 0, and also seemed to be able to locate and headshot people extremely consistently, even if they were otherwise completely not visible, such as the clip sent below by the captain.
