Description of the incident: I am disguised a the Dpt. Director of External Affairs no weapon in hand, I open D block door step in not even 4 feet look in a circle say "evening" the Chief stops me and asks what can I help you with and I say "Just passing by". The Dpt. Chief says "Well I'm going to have need to see your id on the way out" when I say "there's no reason I was just looking for someone and stepping out". Then I'm pretty much chased down and cuffed. His reasoning? "DEA is not allowed in D Block at all" He told the staff member that took my sit that he stopped me to ask for my ID so he could "Report me".
